I loved spreadshop before, where you could decide what kind of t-shirts, hoodies you wanted.
I was going to make something available only for stickers..

Sehr guter Kundenservice, Anliegen wurde zeitnah und sehr kulant abgewickelt, Ware zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.Kann negative Beurteilungen nicht nachvollziehen, Kauf war im Februar.

Absolute Unverschämtheit!!! Die Qualität ist unter aller S.. und der Preis viel zu hoch. Schämt euch!!!
Ein Bekannte wollte sich mit diesem System verwirklichen, Sie verdient an einem Produkt das inkl. Versand 26 Euro kostet 4,5 Euro, das Produkt kann man direkt in den Müll werfen. Aufdruck und Qualität sind absolut billig. Dieses System ist eine Frechheit und reine Abzocke!!!

Ach ja, über eine Woche Lieferzeit

Horrible company. Very designer unfriendly. You spend days uploading and creating your shop and without mercy they put all your designs on rejected. Without a valid reason. That they still have shops is a miracle. Very unhelpful and negative. Too bad I spent my time on that.

Horrible customer service and UI.
They never respond with a satisfying answer neither by chat or email. And the descriptions written in their articles are very confusing. These and the agents' answers sound different, and I ask them again and never reply to me back....
I waited for just one single simple answer on the chat for hours and hours.. and the agent one-sidedly cut the conversation. Can you believe this? They take out commission from our sales!! I felt like the WORST day super frustrated.
Because I needed to have my shop on Youtube I chose this platform, but if I didn't need to, I'd never NEVER chose them.

Bought a tshirt and a hoodie with a well known dj as the logo - website claimed it was “premium” materials, and at £28.49 for the tshirt and £37.99 for the hoodie I’d expect them to be premium for a “no name” item.

Horrible quality items, could have bought the same 2 items at the local embroidery shop for £22 combined (minus the logo obviously) that would be much higher quality.

Hoodie had crappy stitching at both sleeves and the tshirt was just very thin and not very premium feeling.

100% would not buy from there again. Absolute rip off.

Very arrogant people there. You upload your logo / design, they refuse it, and you would not get any reason why. Instead, you lose your status to something called "lost in space". There are thousands of links with all the fine print you should read... but you are also invited to contact their legal department to explain why they refused your logo / desing! Should it not be vice versa? There are plenty of other POD services out there... Spreadshop (and Spreadshirt as well for that matter) are definitely not on my list anymore.

A warning about opening an account with Spreadshirt or Spreadshop or whatever name they are using. They don't tell you that your full, real name, partial address, personal email address, and phone number are all available in public in the Legal Info page on your account. Any of your customers can easily find this.

Ein Twitter Nutzer den ich kenne verteibt seine T-Shirts auf Spreadshop. Er hat viele Beiträge und 800 Follower. Auf jedem Beitrag ist allerdings maximal 1 - 2 Likes.
Ich dachte mir so ich schau mir mal die T-Shirts an die er verkauft. Ich habe nicht zu kurz gestaunt als ich gesehen habe das da angeblich 50.000+ Reviews sind. Das kann doch nur Fake sein. Eine Person liked die Beiträge aber angeblich 50.000+ haben ein T-Shirt gekauft. Unseriös.

Avoid at all cost, their platform and shop set up is really backward you have to upload each and every design you want as a new design and cannot edit anything once the design is created but delete the whole thing. For example, you will not be able to create a template for a simple t-shirt that will have the same logo on the sleeve and back with a different logo on the front. Also, you won't be able to remove 1 logo from 3 logo design...which means you'd have to waste your precious time creating this repetitive and literally the same job! Once your shop goes live, you will have to check coz my shop has been showing as all the products out of stock and this error is not being fixed. I have asked them what they will offer as a compensation, they said it's not my fault or responsibility (this is the manager called Kayla from the customer service team) and said she is just a regular customer support person. Just terrible terrible terrible company altogether.
