Excellent service from Spree TV. Let down by poor service by courier Evri.

Terrible customer service.paid for next day delivery and got it 6 days later

Smooth transaction from start to finish, thank you.
Good communication, house number had been omitted from delivery address , but driver phoned to ask it, and delivery went to plan.
Have used hose, no problem.

I have not received my item, so unfortunately my experience is not good. I don’t think it’s your fault, It’s the courier Evri they have said twice there is a delay with delivery, but this has happened to me before with Evri and what they really mean is the item has gone missing so I will not get it. I have sent your company an email no response as yet. Will update my experience once I have this issue resolved. order number is SPREE10567 thanks. Update on my experience, I was emailed by the company who had refunded my delivery and sent out another item, my original did turn up as well. I contacted the company to tell them this information and they have told me to keep it as goodwill. I thought this was a loverly gesture and a very good customer service. So I have updated review to 5 stars.

A good TV experience shoeing a good product. Easy to order and delivery was quick

Very happy with the purchase of the Bullseye Pro Cordless Tyre Inflator from Spree TV. It arrived next day as promised and does exactly what it’s supposed to do as in the tv advertisement. I’d quite happily order again from Spree TV if there was something that I needed.

As yet, I have not used my Bullseye Pro Cordless Trye Inflater and will give feedback once used. Spree TV's on-line ordering process was fairly straightforward. However, I did have to contact them regarding a courier delivery query, which was dealt with capably by their Customer Service operative and thought this deserved a mention.

Disappointing you go to all the trouble of ordering then few days later email sent which says order cancelled insufficient stock and money to be refunded. Would have thought they should know if sufficient stock or not and also refunded money at same time. Will not be using spree TV again.

The price...and,of course, the speed of delivery

Be careful I bought there Kendox Life Tracker Smart Fitness Watch could not understand instructions can't read German.so sent it back and still not recieved my refund.
