It's been a great experience working with Springboard. They assigned us a customer service rep and she has been a pleasure to work with. The Springboard team listens to our needs and provide a high level of customer service to our many channels of communication with our customers. As we are a new company, the knowledgeable reps have shortened our response time and really assisted with our Gorgias integration. Thanks Springboard!

An e-commerce must-have.
One of the challenges of running several e-commerce stores is having to balance several customer service emails. Enter Springboard. What a lifesaver. We use them to manage our customer service emails and questions for our multiple shops and we would be lost without them. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Wish I found this sooner!
Wish I found this service sooner. The most time consuming part of running my business was dealing with customer support. Using Springbord allowed me to free up more time to focus on sales, marketing, and growth. Would recommend this to anyone who cares deeply about their customer support, but doesn’t have the time or capital to hire a team.

This company has saved me thousands in the short time I have been using them. I recommend this for anyone who does not want to deal with hiring dedicated customer support and or people who are scaling up their business, this service is just amazzinggg!!

Highly recommended!!! Since hiring Springboard our support costs have halved and our average response time for support tickets is significantly faster. Onboarding was a smooth process thanks to their awesome team.

Total GAME CHANGER!!
Springboard came recommended to us from another brand and i don't know what we would do without them! They've completely changed the game for us. Jonathan and his team of vetted reps are super responsive, well organized and efficient! They have become an extension of our team. Highly recommend!

Springboard has changed the way we work, and helped us redefine our relationship with our customers. They learned our products, our pain points and the nuances of our business and have basically become like an in-house team. Superb, thorough work! We cannot recommend them highly enough.
