I got what I wanted

Shopping at Springboard Supplies has the same vibe to it as buying wasps cooked in their own businesses from Lidl. (Sean Lock fans will understand the reference.)
I bought a couple of rolls of gift wrap.
- Quite an innocuous thing to do.
But when they arrived via mail they weren’t packaged in a cardboard poster mailer tube, or even ratting around inside an oversized Amazon style cardboard box. Instead they were bound impossibly tightly in a black plastic bag that was swaddled thickly in layers of Sellotape.
Have you ever tried to cut a mummified bag off of rolls of gift wrap without cutting into or crushing the paper inside?
It’s not possible.
20 minutes later when the rolls were finally freed from the packaging it transpires the paper was rolled inside out.. reverse side outermost.
I’ve never seen that before in my entire life.
That’s going to be fun trying to wrap gifts with that. At least when one buys paper from a regular shop anywhere else on earth it’s rolled the “right way” around with the colourful side outermost and half the work of wrapping gifts is done for you buy the paper naturally curling itself around the gift you’re attempting to wrap.
Bizarre.

The items I needed were not expensive and they came quite quickly

Very pleased with the items ordered and priced. Communication and delivery times poor. Received items two weeks later than confirmed.

Good product. Good delivery haven't used them with the children yet.

Kept me informed about the delivery and the play kitchen was amazing, just as described

Prompt service and delivery. And goods all as promised. Would use again. Thanks.

Very helpful didn't have the colour I initially asked for, they called me up and cleared it up and let me choose a different colour, the wet suit was good quality nice and thick material would definitely recommend 5*

Great products and a great service. Thank you.

I had an urgent deadline for a large quantity of backing paper and other supplies. The colours were great, the rolls were long, and the display boards really popped at our events.
Quick delivery. Very reliable, even though I ordered across a bank holiday weekend.
I would highly recommend this company.

Arrived in good time, sensibly packaged.

Product arrived as described, is nice quality and was delivered promptly within the given delivery schedule with free delivery.

I order my special needs son a trike from there. The customer service was amazing. They called me and reassured my delivery time. Very very pleased with how fast it was delivered and how they handled my enquiry.
