Second time using this 'courier' and second time its been an absolute disappointment. Both from Amazon sellers.
They tried to deliver, left a door tag, but their website to track my shipment doesnt work. What happened Sprintstar? Courier, when contacted, didnt understand that i was trying to tell them that their notification wouldnt be able to work, as i couldnt find my pick up location. They had to call and then text me the address.
Package, when picked up, was again demolished on the outside.
AVOID this delivery company whenever possible.
Never order products from a company that uses SprintStar Canada AppleExpress
SprintStar Canada (Apple Express) claims they delivered my parcel ($200 order) on March 4th but it was never delivered. Their proof of delivery was a very blurry picture! So blurry you could not make out any shapes whatsoever... it looked like gasoline in a puddle of mud.

I would not be upset if AppleExpress admitted losing the package or never claiming it was delivered... but claiming it was was dishonest.

Woke up early checked website , said it was out for delivery at 8 06 a little over a hour later , guy rang the building entrance code and was at my apt door a few minutes later, package was undamaged and 4 days early.

They were supposed deliver a package to me, but it didn't get to me, apparently they couldn't get into apartment complex, but no one ever has had an issue getting into my building before! I was definately home all day, but I never heard any knocks! I honestly don't think they tried at all, and I found this in response from them, to me :
We regret to inform you that according to the level of service requested by your seller, our drivers are only allowed to make one delivery attempt.
Wouldn't companies try to be more lenient to customers and try to make things work? But instead, they only allow customers one attempt at them getting their deliveries? Makes no sense This was the worst experience with a company I've ever had in my life! They didn't actually try to deliver, not even once!

This company shouldn't be in business
I've never heard of this company before until I purchased books from Chapters. They are worse than Purolator. My package never arrived and the tracking number never updated on their website. Customer service is non-existent. I'm not sure why this company is even in business, and why big companies, such as Chapters, use their service.

I just received an Amazon "RUSH" package addressed to someone in the other end of the city (would take at least 30-40 minutes to drive). There is no phone number to call for customer service and the package was just left on my front door step. What am I supposed to do with this??

I wish Amazon and their affiliate shippers like Landmark Global wouldn’t use local couriers that provide virtually no online tracking information as to estimated timing on deliveries. Plus the order information for AppleExpress isn’t seen anywhere on my Amazon shipping information so I get notices and have to log into my Amazon account to see which item it may be. More frustrating, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve received an email notification in the morning saying my item is out for delivery, and then almost 6 hours later I’m still waiting. I guess you’re supposed to put your day on hold and just wait. I get that couriers are busy, but I wish they would narrow the delivery estimate down to within the next few hours or at least provide an indication as where your delivery stands on the queue (e.g. #50 of 75) like Intelcom courier. It’s frustrating that Amazon and Landmark Global give you no option as to local delivery company. No, I’m not happy about wasting most of the day waiting as I had an Amazon item stolen off my porch (when I was home and no knock or doorbell from that delivery from another courier), and I watch for deliveries closely now with a note on my door requesting the driver please ring the bell. Let’s hope the driver shows up soon. 🤞🏻😞

Actually the worst got a notice saying the delivery wasn't possible at 6:39 because it's an appartement. Here is the issue my ac is broken as such I was sitting on my balcony at 6:39 and funny enough there was not a single car in front of my appartement building at that time. No notes on their website regarding where the pickup area are, their website is literally so empty it looks like a scam what delivery company as like noo info on their site.

quite a good experience with Sprinstar's delivery of my fragrance purchase early in Summer 2021.
My package arrived in very good condition at my Quebec address, within about 40 hours of it arriving in Brampton.
this is quite good service during the covid pandemic.
There were 2 shipping partners involved in getting my fragrances from the US supplier to Brampton Ontario and then to Quebec.
And the entire shipping + delivery was LESS than 4 days later than the original estimated delivery date.
I found this very good in the present circumstances

Terrible service. Made one attempt to deliver. Said they were at the address and couldn't find the building access then returned the product to the shipper. How does that make any sense?! Customer service was limited help other than telling me my pkg was sent back to the shipper. You're much better off with any other courier.

Package from Amazon lost due to Landmark/Sprintstar
Order a package from Amazon on June 9th. There was no tracking information on Amazon, and it said "estimated delivery date" was July 5th. Waited until July 5th, and contacted the sender. Apparently the sender had the tracking information which he did not share on Amazon, and he said Landmark/Sprintstar delivered the package on June 23rd. Sprinstar had a photo of the package attached with a picture outside the door (which was not my door or my house). Only god knows where the package is at the moment.
Unreliable - do not recommend
We have now had two separate deliveries (one in May, and the other in June) deemed as “no safe drop” and returned to senders; for which we’ve had to contact the senders and redo the orders. We were home on both of the dates that these deliveries were deemed as “not safe” to drop off. We live on open rural 2-acre lot with a large front porch that can easily and safely hold parcels from drop-off deliveries. This company has no contact information for customer service. We have submitted two online inquiries through their shipment tracking page and are waiting to hear back for more information about why these shipments were not delivered. We have lived in our home for over 5 years now and have never had this happen with any other shipping providers. I would strongly recommend NOT to use sprint star for your deliveries.

Worst experience with a shipper I ever had. I believe they are lying and never tried to deliver. Full story following. Purchase on Amazon.ca, package sent from US trough Landmark in US than transfered to Sprintstar in Canada. Friday 9:22 Out for Delivery. 10:52 Said they tried to call be before attempting delivery, unfortunately looks like it was my old number 10:52 Delivery Exception - Apartment or No Access or No Answer - Returned to Shippers. I noticed this status not even half an hour after it. Tried to find a phone number impossible. Contacted them through there contact form indicating to contact me asap and left my good number. 14:06 Email saying attempted to deliver but could not have access to apartment. I work from home, have a camera on the front door and live in a standalone house!! Said they left the package at a store close by. Surprised, I told them I would called the owner as I new him. Called the owner explained to me that it was possible they were now a PUDO place. Transferred me to an employee who told me no package was left under my name. 14:48 Answered Sprintstar email and inform them package was not there. 18:12 They replied indicating Bestcost refused the package!! and that package was sent back to sender! Really sounds like lies and that they probably never tried to deliver
