Was annoyed that I signed up for the £10 discount, and didn't realise until checkout that you had to spend £100 to get this. I don't think it was clear at the outset. I almost cancelled my purchase, but reluctantly didn't, but I won't shop here again

The pot and plant were exactly as described on the website and I'm very happy with my purchase. The items arrived promptly and were very well packaged. I'll use Sproutl again. Recommended.

Professional service and good communication from start to finish.

First time ordering from Sproutl and it was hassle-free. I didn't order any plants so I can't say anything about their quality, but the glazed terracotta pot feet I ordered look really solidly made. A customer rep (Ellie) from Sproutl called me to double check something with my order, and they were very lovely and professional. My order was dispatched within 24 hrs of our call and it arrived the following day. Overall a great first experience so I will happily order from Sproutl again!

Fantastic customer service - would definitely use again. Unfortunately the pot I ordered was broken in transit. However, the communication regarding the issue was great and the issue resolved with minimal effort on my part. You feel as if you're talking to a real person.

I used Sproutl for the first time recently. After searching for a large outdoor plant pot on several sites on line without success I found just I wanted at Sproutl. I received several updates regarding delivery and when the pot arrived it was very well packed with NO plastic. I had also ordered plant pot feet at the same time. These came from a different supplier, arrived the following day and were also well packed. I would certainly use Sproutl again.

Having spent the weekend bemoaning the state of my garden I ordered a selection of plants on Monday lunchtime, and they turned up on Wednesday all ready to be planted. Easy to find something I wanted, and the delivery was really quick.

We had a very good experience with Sproutl. Great communications and customer service. There was actually a small issue with the product that was delivered, which the team resolved fully to our satisfaction. Will use again.

First time I have used Sproutl but was very impressed with the rose I ordered. Very quick delivery, and well packaged. I will definitely reorder from them.

I have updated my review from 1 to 4 stars based on the excellent customer service from Sproutl. Original review was based on lack of reply or communication from company regarding auto email sent to them about a plant order. Unfortunately I had mistyped the email address for them to reply. They have now been in touch and have resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Shame about the plant but fantastic customer service. Well done.

Plant arrived with packaging intact but many flowers / petals lying in bottom of box. Initially thought movement in transit possible cause but by next morning dozens of flowers lying surrounding plant. Plant arrived sodden. Water meter gauged it ‘off the scale WET’. Realise the requirement to keep plant slightly moist for transporting but for a plant which doesn’t appreciate too much moisture - well?! Over weekend flowers continued to shed. By Monday last, left with 14, on plant which (judging by number lying in packaging and shedding since) obviously started out with a plethora of blooms. This is a fairly expensive plant therefore used auto email asap to let company know of my complaint, offering to show phots etc (last Monday) but still not had a reply. Extremely disappointed.

This is a fantastic company to do business with. I recently bought a dwarf palm which is just beautiful. I recently bought a large plant pot which was unfortunately damaged in transit. Anna, customer Services, could not have been more helpful and responsive. I recommend this company without reservation.
