The sprouts in socal are good
The sprouts in socal are consistently good. I feel like a lot of the gluten free options have gone down in quality but that is probably the manufacturer's fault. Would give five stars if they could source more seed oil free kids foods. Overall, the best grocery store option.

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Tom at the Sprouts in Camarillo—he is truly exceptional.
Every time I come into the store, Tom is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy. His positive energy is contagious—he’s always smiling, always jovial, and always creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone around him. It’s rare to encounter someone who maintains that level of kindness and consistency, and it makes a lasting impression.
What really sets Tom apart is his work ethic. He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of, giving his full attention and making people feel valued. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction.
Sprouts in Camarillo is incredibly lucky to have Tom on their team. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. He doesn’t just do his job—he truly makes your day better.
Sprouts Sandwiches are Dead
We went to get sandwiches at our local Sprouts grocery store today and right off the bat I was worried about the prospects because they have switched to touchscreens for ordering. I know everyone is doing this and it's awful every time, but some times are worse than others and Sprouts is pretty bad. There's no option to leave any sorts of notes and the options it gives you are so limited that you really need to be able to leave notes. For instance, I wanted cheddar cheese but I wanted double. No option for extra cheese. So I selected cheddar and provolone (I would have happily selected cheddar and havarti and left it at that but they seem to have also used this as an excuse to eliminate options so havarti was not an option) and I told the gal at the sandwich counter that I had to select provolone but I really just want double cheddar. Too bad, so sad. She doesn't care what the customer actually wants, only what the screen tells her.
In the end, I got a sandwich that I ended up only eating half of and throwing the rest away. If I hadn't been so starving, I probably would have tossed the whole thing. There was more pickle than meat, the bread was soggy from the outside (!?!) and of course, I did get provolone with my cheddar instead of double cheddar.
So Sprouts sandwiches are dead. They used to be sooooo good. It's a shame. From now on, if I see any system other than the customer walking along with the sandwich maker and guiding each ingredient as they go, I'm just going to turn around and walk away. I don't trust anyone but my own mother to make a sandwich for me without me watching as you make it.
Fix this, Sprouts.
In need of quality produce
The bulk area is great; the meat department has a few great guys who are helpful. The produce department for a farmers' market type of store is awful. Products are very average and the customer service from the department is horrible. On a few occasions I've asked if they had any items in the back as the stands were empty, usually they say no! Today the guy was down and outright nasty, so I walked out with a cart full of items.
Last time I wrote a review the store manager contacted me to apologize, guess nothing has changed. With Whole Foods, Trader Joes and The Fresh Market within a mile of this Oakland Park store, I along with many others will not be returning.

I occasionally shop by delivery and I'm very pleased with the experience and food quality. Sprouts is expensive but the higher value and extensive selection justifies the higher prices. You get what you pay for.
Sprouts doesn't care if they waste your time
I ordered an item and Instacart went to pick it up. The item was not in stock. Why would Sprouts sell this item as if it's in stock? It wasted the time of the shopper and me, the purchaser. It shows total disregard for other people.
Sonia & Connie are amazing checkers
Sonia & Connie are amazing checkers, so helpful patient and kind employees!!!
Awesome service and selection!
Sonia and Connie, as well as Paulo, are always so friendly! The Carson City location is wonderful and always has the best selection of organic veggies. So happy they are here now!

We visited the sprouts in Kenneth City Florida (St Pete) The staff here is great!! Especially Christian was really great! We had a bunch of questions about a few products and he went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered. We definitely will be back to this store because of the friendly and helpful staff!!😃
BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!
If you’re ordering online for a curbside pickup, it will go through instacart. I’ve never used instacart before and I was unaware that it would be done using them. Who reads the fine print at the bottom besides making sure your total, pickup location, name and time is correct? I went to return my order because I found a better price else where and a store manager kindly told me I had to call instacart and he gave me the phone number. He too said a lot of customers don’t realize it goes through instacart. Due to my job and busy schedule, I had the items for 3 days and 4 hours in my possession. When I called instacart, they notified me that there is nothing they will do for me because I passed the 3 days return window. NONE OF THIS IS DISCLOSED TRANSPARENTLY ON SPROUTS WEBSITE! The next day I called sprouts customers relations and told them everything. They told me they would get me my credit back and I can return the items. They told me to allow 3-5 days for an answer on whether or not I should return the items or not. I’ve waited and today 2/17/26 got an email back from their team telling me that I have to reach out to instacart because they can’t help me. Now I’m stuck with $120 in items I don’t want and should’ve had no issue returning for a refund. This is outrageous! If you want to buy over priced items at sprouts, go in store. NEVER order online! Learn from my blind mistake.
cici
well civic is just not the cleanest person to be making sandwiches just kind of not caring even unhealthy standards that I have seen a few times overall when she is working buyer beware of the love care and clean working she will do at the deli 😉 🙏
Thank goodness for Sprouts Farmers Market Team
I have been so blown away by customer service of my sprouts farmers market! I use Instacart 1-2x a week as a busy mom with 3 kids and the Sprouts nearest to me is 5185 N Wickham Rd in Melbourne FL, and the member who always goes above and beyond with helping me is Chez and she is truly the BEST! She always asks questions if a replacement is needed and goes out of her way to fulfill orders quickly & thoroughly. The food is always great quality & with the prices being the same as in store via Instacart- it makes the whole experience a life saver right now wanting to eat healthy with little ones! Thank you Chez and Sprouts Farmers Market!!
Runny cottage cheese watery goat milk
Watery cottage cheese
Tasteless watery goat milk
Chicken that claims to be organic and is clearly not
Fake coconut water
Overpriced
Rotten food
An update to my previous review, after receiving a generic response from corporate the local store manager called me personally. He was very helpful and friendly he is making the situation right and said they will look into it on their end.
I’m so frustrated with the Visalia, CA sprouts. Multiple things from my last shopping trip were completely rotten or covered in mold. Even though the dates were good. It’s absolutely absurd to have any quality control issues with prices this high.
Good morning
Good morning, I have been thinking about this for last 3 weeks. About 3 weeks ago, a store, the store at SW119th & S. Penn in Oklahoma City, had the new manager (will not mention names but you know who she is) fire a 7–8-year employee who had worked himself into management and did everything ever asked of him. You needed a manager to cover another store for a couple of months, he was there, Stay overnight for new freezer installs, yep, was him. Close 4 of the 5 days he worked so none of your other managers had to close, him again. Person, I speak of between your store and others, had close to 20 years in grocery business. This person developed cancer in his lower body a few years back, he would go for treatment and still come to work even though he was tired and might not feel great. He did this time and time again. Step up to early 2025 I think (not sure when got new manager). He had taken couple weeks off for vacation (had earned it). Tried take more time off (again, he had it) but was told couldn't because had already taken off 2 weeks. When he would schedule his sick leave to go do his treatments, said manager would take his sick leave away and make him use a regular day off. This happened over and over again. Step back 3 weeks ago. He was again feeling bad, not able to eat anything, vomiting off and on again and yet, he still came to work. Closed one night when not feeling well and apparently left and employee, not as customer, but an employee in the store (something that has been told has happened a few times in the past). So, what's your manager's decision, let's fire the 8 years, has worked his tail off for us anytime he was asked. Excellent management skills might add. So, what was his illness you ask? His cancer has come back but this time, it's in his brain, but don't worry, you can sleep good at night knowing that in your eyes, you did that right thing. Want to know who I am, I'm his father and the person I speak of is Chris. I'd love to tell the other employees in the store (the ones who loved and respected my son) who you truly are.
Sprouts prices thru the roof, quality in the gutter
I used to shop at Sprouts 3 or 4 times a week. It was my main grocery store for it's selection of quality meats and fresh produce at reasonable prices. But the store has remade itself into a high-priced, low-quality "organic" store. Most of the produce is now organic, which is 2 to 3 times the price of the supermarkets, and often of questionable freshness and quality. The once hand-cut fresh meat is now 80% processed meats, soaking for God knows how long in sugary marinades. And their prices have tripled or worse throughout the store. $18 lb. for bulk bin trail mix? $19 lb for coffee? I used to come here for fresh ingredients to prepare healthy meals at home, but I walk away empty handed whenever I go into the store now. I don't even know what this store is trying to be anymore, but they've definitely lost my business.
Just left the store in frustration just…
Just left the store in frustration just now.The prices continue to climb upwards. The coffee prices are out of control along with all meats and seafood. I don't buy their seafood. It tastes salty like sitting stored in salty brine. The bread is frozen over and over thawed. This bread crumbles as I attempt to make a sandwich. I struggle going to the restroom and see males dressed as females in the women's restroom. One constantly wears a mask at the register. The bulk bins shocked me as the prices jumped out of control. The prepared roasted chickens at 7 pm were plum full sitting in plastic bags heated under lights. Sliced meats and cheese wat too pricey. I don't shop there anymore. I went in to check it out and frustration ensued. I am not a fan of the corporations that hold the majority of stocks such as Blackrock and The ilk. Before 2020 the bulk coffee was 7.99 and now 19.99 as the gas prices continue to drop. Customers being taken advantage of. The sale prices are not sales at all. They lost my business for good. I can't locate my previous review from months ago. Bye Bye.
Sprouts is such a deep disappointment
Sprouts is such a deep disappointment. The staff is the best part of the store. The prices are ridiculously high. In my experience, in many cases they are over two dollars more per product than in any other store. Their strategy is to get you into the store with a sale price and then have you buy the rest of your list at prices that are damn near fraudulently excessive. It is a classic bait and switch.
