The puff sleeve midi looked a bit too much online but it’s actually pretty chill in real life.

I ordered a couple tops with sneakers and everything turned out better than expected. The tops are soft but don’t lose shape after washing which is rare. Sneakers were comfy straight away, didn’t need to break them in.

IGot the satin slip dress and it feels really smooth. I guessed my size and somehow got it right which never happens. Wore it out once already and felt good in it. Delivery took a few days but nothing crazy.

Ordered 4 items from them - and the items are all very poor quality, nothing like what's indicated on their website. They also make you believe that items can be returned to North Carolina "hassle-free for 30 days", turns out it's China. So either pay exorbitant shipping cost or they will refund 20% of the total item value. A scam either way. Lesson learned - always check merchant reviews before ordering.

I tried the basic shirt and it’s exactly what I needed. Simple, fits well, and feels fine for everyday use.

The cotton maxi is just one of those no effort outfits. I literally throw it on and leave.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. In the add they look very nice and well made. When I received them I was very disappointed. They are cheap with plastic soles and no cushion as well as not being true to size. I wanted to return them but they said they would not pay for the return and that I needed to return them to China. I know they came from a warehouse here in the US but they make it so that you pay so much to return them that it is costly to do so. I think this website is very fraudulent in its representation of its products and return policy is almost nonexistent. Certainly they are not customer first. Be very wary of this website.

Picked up sneakers and been wearing them pretty much everyday.

Got the dress after 3weeks. Very cheap material. It's didn't look anything like the picture online. I going to put in a donation box.

This company’s website leads you to believe that their customer service is located in North Carolina and their Instagram page mentions Easy returns. As it turns out, returns need to be sent to an individual in China, not the Spruce and Sky business. They require that you email them a picture of your package along with tracking information. I expected to have to pay for a return to North Carolina, not China. Approximate cost to return a $55 dress to China is $32 after completing the USPS Customs Declaration and Dispatch form. It’s not an easy return process!

This is a scam! The outfit I bought was extremely cheaply made- like a kids contume. They will not let me return. And their phone number does not work.

This has to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I tried to modify an order about an hour after placing it. Not only is there no phone number on their website, they keep sending the same boilerplate "response" no matter how I try to get some service. Plus, they start sending blasts of sales emails to buy more!!! Like not in this lifetime!!! I have gotten dozens of emails from them, not one of which addresses the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT. If I do not get a legitimate response from these people by Monday, April 13, I will have my credit card bank reverse the charges for this purchase. This outfit is probably a scam.

Spuce and Sky is a scam. Shoes I ordered were too small ( there isn’t even a size of shoe printed on inside🚩). Quality is poor. In order to return buyer must return product to China. ( Cost of that I could buy Jimmy Choo’s!)

The polo t shirt fits clean and looks neat without trying too hard. Fabric feels breathable and didnt shrink after wash.

Got the floral wrap dress and honestly its prettier than the pictures. Fits well around the waist and doesnt feel stiff at all. Wore it out once and already got compliments.

This company is NOT a US based company as it states in the website. It is a Chinese company with terrible and questionable practices. I ordered a dress, received it but it was too short for the size description and the fabric was very flimsy. I immediately went back to the website and contacted the vendor +1 980 430 6864 and to my shock, the number did not work. I emailed @spruceandsky.com. I finally received a response that notified me that I would be refunded 20% of the cost of the dress or I would have to ship the dress to CHINA to get a full refund. Nowhere in the website did it mention CHINA. In fact according to the website the company is located in NC

Be advised if you want to return a dress, you have to send it back to China! Shipping fee to return the dress was more than half the cost of the dress😬

I wasnt sure about the puff sleeve midi at first but it actually looked really flattering on. The sleeves look big online but in real life they sit nicely and dont feel heavy. The tie waist helps shape it well and doesnt feel tight. Delivery was quicker than expected and packaging was neat too.

Ordered the satin slip dress and its sooo smooth on the skin. Was a bit scared about sizing but it turned out perfect. Delivery took like 5 days i think but worth it.

I ordered a couple of tops and white sneakers together. The tops feel soft but still hold shape after washing which i liked. Sneakers were comfy right out of the box no breaking in needed. Shipping was smooth and nothing was missing so that’s always a win.
