The item arrived in about a week and in good condition, which is the main thing. The initial email said I would receive a notification when the item was sent, which didn't happen, so either that email needs to be changed or delivery updates need to be added into the process.

Apologies, Sarah. In December, the Royal Mail takes such a long time to deliver things, I frequently turn off the sent notifications. I'm pretty good at posting things out the same day or the next day, so when the post doesn't arrive for a few days after that I get worried emails.
This was my solution, but if that is causing stress in and of itself, I shall go back to keeping it on.
I am sorry that this hasn't gone the way you'd have liked.

Lovely quality, organic too
Lovely, high quality organic cotton t-shirt. Gorgeous dark kelly green colour that fits nicely - not too baggy, not too slim. Am genuinely surprised by the quality at this price point. Shoulder seams are reinforced, side seams fall straight, not twisting sideways which happens with cheaply spun cotton after washing. I will be wearing this for many election seasons to come!
