Pixel 7 IMEI Never Accepted
They had an offer for extra money if you trade in a Pixel 7 you bought through John Lewis. Only catch was they had to accept the IMEI which needed 3 working days.
For 7 days my IMEI was rejected and then the offer was removed from the website.
Massive scam, don't trust any additional offers as they'll pull them and claim 'website error'.

Very good company to deal with
Very good company to deal with, very quick to assess your product and pay the money into your bank, keeps you informed all the way from when they receive your package to when they send your payment.

Exemplary.
The process was simple. I completed the online form, they sent me a postage label. I printed it out and sent my phone in. They received it a day later and I got my money paid in to my bank account the day after that.

Great experience
So I took advantage of an enhanced trade-in offer as part of a John Lewis purchase of a Pixel 7. Sent my phone to these guys (paid for Royal Mail special delivery as an added insurance). Got a notification that the phone was received the following morning and then a few hours later that it had been checked over and my agreed value was on its way to my bank account. Money was in my account the same day. Would definitely use these guys again.

Straightforward and simple. 4 working days from submission to receiving payment, including postage of label to me and the standard return postage. £30 less than Apple trade in but JL were £50 cheaper on new phone, so a win.
