It came with a big dent in it. It was wrapped well but dented so they must have wrapped it after it was already damaged. Disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We hope to work with you again soon.
I was really pleased with the ability to choose the exact size of boards I needed for each piece of my design. The cost was decent, and the shipment actually came super fast. My only issue was that the way they packaged my order ended up denting several corners. The foam board is really really lightweight and easily damaged. Which, for the cost, makes sense - but was still a bummer. Then when someone was moving the pile of them, they fell and just ruined over half of what was in their arms - the corners crumpled in a completely irreparable way. And finally, the foam core is covered by thin paper on the back, so when we went to move them from one wall to another, the tape ripped the backs of the posters instead of coming off the wall. This is not noticeable when they hang, but the backs become less structurally sound over time this way.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we're glad you enjoyed the custom sizing, pricing, and fast shipping. We're sorry to hear some corners arrived dented. We take packaging seriously and will share your feedback with our team to help improve how these orders are protected in transit. You're right that foam board is a lightweight material best suited for short-term or light handling use. For projects that will be moved or remounted often, a more rigid option like PVC or Coroplast may hold up better, and we'd be happy to help you choose the right fit next time. Please reach out anytime if there's anything we can do.
This was exactly as I ordered. It came faster than I expected and was packaged so carefully! Highly recommend!

We're thrilled to hear it. Packaging gets a lot of attention here. Foam board can take a knock in transit, so we'd rather over-protect it. Thanks for the recommendation, and enjoy the sign!
The package has been delivered very secured with multiple layers of cardboard and foam, but the quality of the printed sign was not the best. The print had computer noise all over that it had a gritty look up close which my original digital file did not have with 300dpi.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're glad to hear your sign arrived well protected and that our team was quick and helpful along the way.
We're sorry the print quality didn't meet your expectations. A grainy or noisy appearance up close is not the result we want for any customer. Even at 300 dpi, certain raster files can show texture once they're enlarged to sign size, and our team reached out with options to help improve the artwork and get you a cleaner result. That offer still stands whenever you'd like to take us up on it.
We truly appreciate your business and the kind words about our service. If you'd like to revisit this or need help with a future order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
The quality and speed of the shipment was excellent. I will definitely order from here again.

The photo quality was good but the corners were getting distressed even just with handling it to put it on the easel.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're so glad you loved the print quality. We're sorry to hear about the corners. Foam board is a lightweight material, so the corners can bend with pressure during handling or shipping. If you'd like to explore a more rigid option for future orders, our team is always happy to help you find the best fit.
Overall a great product! Arrived super quick too.
