Unfortunately, the letters do not adhere to the transfer tape at all — they stay on the backing paper, making it impossible to transfer and install the decal while keeping the design intact. My client is disappointed. I still don't have a response from support.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the trouble with your decal. We know how frustrating it is when lettering won't release from the backing paper, especially when you have a client waiting on the install.
Our team reached out and worked with you to resolve the issue, and we followed up several times afterward to make sure everything turned out well. We haven't heard back yet, but we'd still love to confirm you're all set.
Please contact us anytime if there's anything else we can do. We appreciate your business and hope to help with your next project.
