Great family run business who take pride in providing an excellent service. They were excellent with their customer service and made sure we were kept up to date with the progress on our order. Installation went really quick and smooth. Would highly recommend SRJ Windows Scotland to anyone.

The whole process went very smoothly and we are completely satisfied with the end result.
We replaced a large 2m x 3m window, a kitchen window and replaced patio doors with French doors.
The salesman listened to our requirements and identified the price and there was no hard sell. Once we agreed the surveyor visited to check sizes and make further suggestions and we agreed an installation date that suited us.
There was good communication throughout.
The installation joiners were excellent and used groundsheets to collect any mess. They managed to replace the old units and add the new ones in the agreed timescales and we didnt even need to redecorate.
A very professional job with an excellent wooden finish around the windows.
We then got a courtesy call from SRJwindows to ensure we were happy.

From the first visit to the installation, the team were professional and communication was clear. There were no high pressure sales techniques. The installation went really well, exactly as scheduled with no mess and a great product in the end.

I started with a visit to their showroom, their were very helpful but not over top on pressing for sales, which I appreciated, got some great brochures. Home visit went smoothly, due to the brochures I already new what I wanted. Installation was very easy, they took a few days, I got windows and doors installed, appreciated that the supervisor came and did a follow up, overall a seamless process, 7 months on and no issues, looks great.

There was a quick response to my initial enquiry. I was not pressurised into making a decision. I was given clear choices and told what the cost would be. Any questions were answered promptly. The installers were efficient and helpful and cleared up any mess they made.

The replacement of our internal bi-fold doors by SRJWindows was a wholly positive experience from start to finish. The sales team were really helpful and not at all pushy, offering constructive solutions tailored to our needs. The surveyor was prompt, polite and meticulous and importantly got all the measurements bang on! The installation team arrived in good time despite having to travel to Edinburgh from Fife. They took great care to cover carpets and treated our home with the utmost respect (not at all like a building site!). Again, they were really friendly and most importantly did a fantastic job on the installation.
We were delighted with SRJ - don't go anywhere else.

Would highly recommend this company, we had 7 windows and 2 new doors fitted and from start to finish these guys were excellent. No pressure sales, workmen arrived on time and cleaned everything when they finished for the day. The windows and doors are exactly what we ordered and the interior wood finishes are better than we expected it was beautiful wood they used.Small damages that occurred outside were satisfactorily repaired within days. A little more expensive but worth every penny

SRJ windows was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of buying and installing a replacement window in my flat. The window itself is also a big improvement over the previous one and seems to have been installed more or less flawlessly, so I am very pleased.

Good craftsmen who worked very hard. All appointments as promised. Excellent result and good value for money. I would certainly use them again.
