I have used SRJ WINDOWS before and have no hesitation in recommending them. From first contact through to completion communication is excellent and timely. The quality of the product ( composite door) and the fitting and finishing is again excellent.

Excellent from start to finish. On the day of fitting you would not have known anyone had been in the house fitting new windows, place was immaculate. Any snagging issues were resolved quickly. Customer service was excellent, constantly contacted and kept informed.

The fitters were very professional and very friendly they cleaned up after they had finished and took the time to explain how the windows functioned I was very impressed with workmanship and finish and will use again and I will recommend the company to anybody who is think of replacing widows is thinking of your replacing windows

Staff were superb all round in head office on fone and fitting.

From quote to product selection to fittings the process was easy and everyone was helpful. On the day the fitters were on time and did a great job with both the window and door. Excellent quality of product.

From quotation, survey, installation and after sales everything was done professionally.
The installation was arranged to suit us. We were told who the installers would be before they arrived as they were employees of the company, not sub contractors.
The installers really good and when they had to fit the facings around any existing units they consulted with us how we wished the finish to look they also ensured that everything was tidy at the end of each day and once the work was complete demonstrated how the windows and doors worked and made sure we were happy with the products and the installation.
After sales then contacted us to ensure we were happy and only then did we get the invoice for the work.

I would say they where very friendly to talk to and i was told what and where they were starting the job . I made sure they were welcome in to my home to . I would tell people about the company.

Got french doors fitted this time, already had SRJ fit my doors. Top quality products well worth the money. Great service from start to finish, took bit longer than I thought from initial sales appointment to getting doors fitted but only because needed a building warrant and usual area council not in any hurry. Would definately highly recommend the company for quality and expertise.

I am very happy with the entire experience provided by SRJ. I had a single door fitted, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process—before, during, and after the installation. A highly professional service that I would confidently recommend.

Company was open and detailed from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure from them. Installation went smoothly and they even completed quicker than expected. Had a great experience with SJR Windows, from first appointment picking our windows and doors, to the admin team and the guys that fitted everything. Everyone was friendly, helpful and guys tidied up afterwards leaving no trace apart from our gorgeous new windows and doors. The difference is night and day! Our home is so much warmer too.
