SRJ Windows was highly recommended, and having read the great reviews, we decided who better to engage with for our replacement windows. Working with the team from start to finish was effortless. We visited the showroom and looked at the product, discussed our requirements, so professional. Credit to our fitters who were timely, efficient and really looked after everything as they worked through each of our windows. The experience was faultless, thank you so much SRJ Windows and all the team.

From sales to fitting this company were professional, honest and helpful with fantastic quality windows at a fair price

No high pressure sales of any kind. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they agreed to do it. The fitters were exceptionally helpful and pleasant and made sure everything was tidy when finished. Explained the maintenance routines on the new window. Quality of workmanship on the windows is 2nd to none. The best install i've ever seen, enough so that i went back and bought 2 new outside doors. Such a great company to deal with. Everyone from the sales guy, surveyor, fitters and even the office staff have been so friendly and nice to deal with. As for the showroom WOW !!! its worth a visit to see what you'll be getting.

The process of arranging a quote, placing the order and getting the windows fitted was very straightforward. The issue surrounding planning permission was the only issue, though this was not the fault of SRJ windows who did what they could. The 3 guys who came to fit the windows were professional, surprisingly speedy and left everything clean and tidy before leaving. I have genuinely been impressed with the service received from SRJ windows.

2nd time using SRJ. We had new windows fitted in our last home and had no hesitation in going to SRJ for windows in our new home. The finish is second to none, and the lads (Stuart and David) who fitted 12 windows and a patio set for us were exceptional. You wouldn't have known they'd even been in your house at the end of each day, and the disruption was minimal to non existant.
Id also like to give a mention to all the sales and customer service staff. Excellent attention to customer satisfaction.

This is the third occasion we have had SRJ Windows install their excellent products. Once again and, as expected, the two tradesmen ( Michael and Steven ) who installed the three new windows we had ordered, were very friendly, communicative and did an excellent job. Dust sheets were laid down throughout the house and great care taken when removing the old windows and bringing in the new ones on a tight staircase.The finish, both interior and exterior is first class and we were given a thorough demonstration of the operation of the windows. After hoovering and dusting and removing all the old windows from the property, the two lads left leaving hardly any trace of the visit, apart from our new windows. This installation was completed on the 21st of April 2025, job number 38949.

The windows that I had fitted are great and you can tell they are well made and have been fitted to a very good standard. Once again SRJwindows have done a great job and left my house as they found it, no mess was left. I will use SRJwindows again.
