I wanted something above and beyond for my wedding ring. I found Staghead, who let me incorporate materials that were meaningful to me. The communication was great throughout the process, and I'm VERY happy with the end result.

What a fabulous brand! I was looking for a unique ring design for my fiancé who is a fisherman, and sure enough on national fisherman day they had a post that showed all their special fishing line insets.
I was connected with a customer service rep who did a great job answering questions to make sure I ended up selecting the perfect product.

I followed Staghead Designs on instagram for years before my partner and I created our rings! We were so in love with many of their designs, it was hard to choose. We ended up customizing two of their designs and they came out better than we could have ever expected! I’m in love with my ring!

From start to finish, Staghead has been fantastic. The website is very organized, and I was easily able to find a ring and customize it. the ordering process was simple and straightforward. They quickly emailed me any updates or information that I needed to know. I got confirmation and updates. In addition, when I received the ring, it was perfect and exactly like I imagined. They have so many options it was hard to decide, but I love the ring I chose, and I know my fiancé will love it too. Overall, great experience.

Incredible company! I bought my fiancées ring here and it shipped so quickly with the most beautiful packaging. The ring itself is incredible quality and I love that since it’s hand crafted it is not exactly like the picture which gives it such a special uniqueness to it!

Timeline: 5 weeks from ordering until shipping. I received the ring just under 6 weeks from when I had ordered it.

Communication: I received frequent email updates on the status of the ring (received, beginning production, quality checks, etc.)

The ring: ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! My soon-to-be husband loves it and is so excited to get to wear it. I didn't add any customizations, it was already perfect.

I never received my gold earrings. I moved to a different address in the time it took for them to ship the earrings. I ordered them in January of 2025 and they shipped in May of 2025. I messaged them in advance letting them know my new address and was told it was updated. It was then shipped and delivered to the wrong address where someone wrongfully signed for my package. I have reached out on numerous occasions and no one has gotten back to me. I am extremely disappointed and have been trying to file a dispute with my credit card since they will not send me a new one. This is a huge mess and no one will take responsibility for what happened. I have submitted proof of confirmation of the address update and everything. I will not be ordering here again. I am extremely let down and would not trust them with another penny.

Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Only complaint is that I got 2 “your ring has finished casting” emails which was confusing. I think it did take longer than the quoted 8-week production time, but wasn’t a problem for us. The shipping was fast as heck and the ring is beautiful.

The wedding band created is absolutely stunning. It is exactly as pictured and what I asked for. We had the time to have the sizers sent to me and I am so glad I did as I would have ordered a different size without them. The process was easy. It did take the full 8 weeks to get the finished ring after the sizers were returned and the size submitted. The ring came in a very nice wooden box and packaged beautifully with a bonus silicone ring. Beautiful ring and top notch experience…there are mixed reviews which had given me pause but I am so glad we chose to have Staghead make my ring.

I lost my wedding ring so needed a new one and loved the options . I received my test fit rings quickly and returned them . Received my new wedding ring several weeks later and I love it , to my surprise a nice box to keep it on along with a silicon ring what a great idea. Thank You Staghead..

We ordered the remmy ring. We understand that the rings are handmade (which the customer service people reminded us of multiple times in defending the poor craftsmanship), but the rings we received the first time looked nothing like the photo. It looked like costume jewelry. We returned it to have it remade with explicit details on what was different (including that the ring says it’s 8 mm but the one we received was less than 7). We just received the new one and while it’s an improvement, it’s still a huge disappointment and still not 8 mm wide. Not at all what you want in a wedding band. We know our money is gone now and we will likely have to find somewhere else to get a ring we are excited about. In addition to the inconsistent craftsmanship, customer service is non existent. When spending hundreds or thousands, you expect to be able to talk to someone. That is not the case here. I would not purchase from here again.
