I've been using stammer for a long time. In the beginning, they were okay considering the market. Sadly there are plenty of issues such as:
- Their customer service is terrible when they don't have answers. For simple inquiries, they answer properly. But when they don't know something, or don't understand the issue, they sometimes don't even bother to respond anymore.
- Some weird things happened, such as a database I trained one bot disappeared. A client started receiving my invoices.
- I get a TON of spam signups, which open sub accounts and they don't have a solution to that.
- Clients of mine were charged multiple times for recharging their wallets.
- The data showed wrong information regarding wallet balance (one of the things they just ignored me when I brought up).

Jan 2026 Update:
They tried and managed to fix most of the issues, plus they really tried (and succeeded) getting me on a call to see how they can help.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend as a white-labeled platform, unreliable.

I have a background in Customer Service (from front-line to management) and I really enjoy testing online products. In regards to Stammer.ai, I have tested over 10 similar SaaS software packages and I could not find another SaaS product like it. The pricing is great and the ease to set up a bot. Less than 5 minutes to get it going.

The team at Stammer have created a fantastic product backed by ongoing product development and amazing customer support.
I have had the pleasure of working closely with the platform to get some excellent results for my clients.

Stammer is amazing along with the founder. Being able to whitelabel a custom dashboard alone, has increased my agencies revenue significantly. It also adds more value to my offer for my clients on demo calls!

First of all, the product/service is top notch, improved every week and that's just the beginning, there's so much more to come!
Second, the team behind all this, is just amazing! Customer support is on the highest level, any issues I had were resolved and every feedback was considered or even implemented!
So overall, there is nothing bad to say! Looking forward for the future with this!
