Destroys Google Core Web Vitals with CLS
The review system is great. However the product review summary at the top of the product page causes significant content layout shift that fails Google Core Web Vitals. The "support" team has zero interest in fixing this and given that the plugin hasn't been compatible with the latest version of Wordpress for over a year this company clearly has zero interest in supporting its Wordpress users.

Poor customer service like I have been consistently sending email that we need to implement a particular functionality charged $249 they are not responding :\
Avoid it. Overpriced. Bad sales team.
While the app does a fair job (quite often it is slow, does not load correctly on mobile, and fails to load CSS on the plans page), the pricing and the sales team are the worst.
Customers (or new potential customers) should be aware that similar apps charge 1/4 of the annual price of Stamped for even better features.
We find it disgusting that the only way to access the Google Shopping Reviews feature is to pay 1400$/year - when other apps offer that for 19$ a month.
Having mentioned that to the sales team, they offered a ridiculous discount with a rude reply inviting us to use another "low-cost app" if we were not happy with their offer.
For instance, we are thrilled to switch reviews provider (after 2 years) and invite savvy customers to do the same - maybe Stamped will start to appreciate their customer reviews more.
Horrible customer experience
Horrible customer experience. My company had an issue 6 times & each time I was told "we're looking into this issue, it won't happen again". Unfortunately it continues to happen without any explanation. I would steer clear of their services.
lacking basic essential features, is very buggy
We have currently been using stamped for around a year. The main reason for us to start using stamped is the loyalty and rewards program. The loyalty and rewards program is severely lacking basic essential features, is very buggy, and has a slow front-end interface. One of the major needs in a loyalty program is being able to have versatile conditions in awarding points, and with stamped you are limited. For example, there is no easy option to exclude products on sale or shipping costs including vat. This solution given to exclude products on sale is to manually exclude 100s of products every time they are on sale, this is not a viable solution, as it requires hours of manual labor prone to errors. We also had a lot of issues with points not being awarded and random orders not being detected in stamped. We have sadly given up trying to make it work. We realized earlier this year that a move was necessary and have been testing many alternatives and found much better options.
Sadly, it's been one of our worst software service experiences ever and we have vast experience in this space.
Waste of time and money
The app is not ready for a serious business. We are currently paying nearly 800 dollars a month and none of the feature ever works correctly. I have exchanged over 200 emails till date to resolve several issues and many phone calls. Have spent over 20k in developers trying to adapt the plug in to our website. The app is simply not ready. while the team is responsive but more often than not, you end starting from scratch as they dont know their customers at all. Unfortunately I regret picking this plug in over Yotpo to be honest. Good luck! happy to share more feedback if anyone needs help.
