I'm very disappointed with product and customer service. I'm trying to solve the problem with their product for the last 5 months!! I highly don't recommend to have anything with this horrible company.

This matter related to a third-party product, and we liaised directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange replacement parts.
The required components were ordered directly from the factory for you. Unfortunately, due to the combined impact of the pandemic and Brexit at that time, there were extended supply chain delays outside of our control.
Throughout the process, we kept you informed of updates from the manufacturer, and the replacement parts were successfully dispatched once received.
We understand delays can be frustrating, particularly when waiting for parts, however we did work to resolve the issue and ensure the correct components were supplied.

Great suspension
Great suspension, works amazing 2 weeks now is on my car I'm very pleased, very good costumer service, they respond in few hours when i had an issue which was resolved. the only reason i put 4 stars is the anti roll drop links bars which i had to replace because the threading was damaged by the secure nut.

If you do the shocks properly
You don't need to clamp
Being arguing the case
They will not take liability for the shocks failing
Will be updated or redacted depending on outcome
Will never use this company again

Unfortunately, no order details have been provided within the review, and we have been unable to locate a corresponding case from the information available.
When dealing with leaking shock absorbers, the first step in any warranty assessment is to determine whether there is damage to the piston rods. Marks caused by clamping during installation are a common fitting error and can invalidate a manufacturer warranty, which is why this question is raised at the start of the diagnostic process.
If no installation damage is present, we proceed with the manufacturer’s warranty claim and assist the customer through the required process.
We do not seek to attribute fault — we simply follow the standard inspection procedure required by the manufacturer before a warranty decision can be made.

Fantastic company.
