Misleading hustle for an avoidable inflated charge
Received a unsolicited letter from this company which looks official and could be easily confused with Companies House.
It states your company confirmation is due soon on a certain date and invites you to scan large QR codes to file end of year statement, make dormant or close.
They will no doubt charge exorbitant fees for lodging this information which you could do just as easily for a nominal fee logging on to Companies House.
It is clearly misleading and I will report to trading standards.

This company is running a scam…
This company is running a scam targeting companies registered at companies house. They are using companies house publically available list to obtain names and addresses of company directors and sending them phishing letters where they imply they act on behalf of companies house chasing a filing of a confirmation statement. The letter contains qr codes to lure victims into giving details while posing as a a legitimate accounting service. This is a scam don't fall for it.
