I was just charged for $24.95 and I am unaware and not happy about this unauthorized transaction

They charge me 2495.And when I called to ask about the charge, they didn't even have a correct email address for how they charged me and they said that they would cancel it.And refund my money , they refund the money to my bank and then withdrew it again. Beware, whoever they have slapping this charge on you.They can't even tell you what third party charged you. Any company that cannot refund your money? It's not a company you want to deal with cause that means they can charge you anytime they want, and then say that they don't do refunds.

$1 turned into $24.95 a month without authorization!!! Customer service representative was rude and argumentative! He refused to tell me what company initiated the charge. Horrible!

I asked if they worked with Experian, and the guy said yes. He said he was going to connect me with Experian, but he needed to charge a dollar to my credit card to do so. I asked him, only a dollar, correct, no other charges, correct! He said yes, only to connect you, but then he started asking questions about my business with Experian and said he was going to help me the same. I said, forget it, you are not Experian. I hung up. Then 3 months later, I found they were charging me 24.99 monthly.

I'm going to sue you for taking $24.95 out of my bank account without my permission

This is a scam.

Fraudulently charging my card for monthly subscription I did not authorize.

Scam. Charged $1 then signed me up for a service.

They fraudulently charged me 25 when I never authorized them, and I cannot get into my account. Terrible company

I don't know if this was the company policy or the operator that dealt with on the call. I was referred here when trying to reset my Experian password.
He did not tell me that he wasn't working for Experian, tried to charge me for a "Data Clean-up". Then after telling him I wasn't interested they tried to charge me for the Clean-up and a membership that I never agreed to enroll.

Deceptive practices. Charged me $1 to look at my credit. Proceeded to confirm information on my report. Advised me that for $378. I could begin process to get the information corrected; when I declined Terrance Grant told me I could get it started for $99. I declined and he became very pushy. When I told him he was ;pushing he said that he just wanted to protect my credit. ( there was nothing that urgent) , I then told him that I did not want to sign up and that I had to think about it and I would call him back.
After I got off the phone I realized something was off about this. The next day I got an email that said, Thank you for signing up for credit monitoring and I will bek charged a monthly fee of $24.95. I DID NOT AGREE TO A MONTHLY SERVICE OR CHARGE OF 24.95. i Cancelled the credit card used and today will have to fight and waste time trying to cancel. I will be contacting my lawyer.

Absolutely disgusting service! Charged for thing I did Not approve. As well as terrible service when communicating with them.

Jane was very respectful caring and I recommend to her to anybody she fix my problem i recommend to her to anyone and they would not be disappointed.

They are telling me everything about my credit conditions and they don’t tell me what I need to do and then the plan to be able to get a perfect credit score and then I can do anything.

I'm writing a good review because it's well deserved. A third party. (Credit sage) Needed to check my credit score and it would cost me a dollar. Never was i told that it would enroll me in a subscription (shame on credit sage). I refuse to do business with the company that uses misleading tactics to try to gain my business,so needless to say that credit sage will never have my business!
So I called the number on my bank statement for the company that charged me the $24.95 and got Jonathan at Standard Scores Llc. He is the true meaning of Honor and integrity and went above and beyond to help me cancel that andrefund mymoney.He was very patient and understanding and understood completely the importance of my situation. He wasn't rude or trying to talk me into staying with the service. He didn't give me a hard time, He was very well spoken and well mannered. All around his customer service skills are phenomenal.
