These Folks are a FRAUD Stay AWAY! They said the contact could be cancelled in three days (it states it right on the contract). What they DON’T tell you is they will not return your money you’ve paid “if they have already started the “process””. I called on a Tuesday Evening and called the next day on Wednesday morning to cancel and they said we can cancel the service but not the amount paid. Again STAY AWAY!!!!! They will take your money and not return it.

Clem Sanders is a truly wonderful person and extremely professional. He made everything stress free and was up front with everything he had to do. He was not judgemental about anything and made payment arrangements painless.

I recently had someone open a credit card in my name. This was the first time I am dealing with fraud. When I called the credit bureau I was lucky enough to get a very knowledgeable Specialist named Kristina, (I hope I spelled her name right). She guided me through exactly what to do. Gave me phone numbers that I needed and advice on how to handle the situation. She was very clear and direct but also kind. She never pressured me but gave me options that would protect my credit. Thank you for helping me through a stressful situation!

I appreciate Jerome so very much for explaining to me to my understanding how my credit works. I've never unstood what I was doing and why my credit has been poor. He walked me through the steps on what to do next on clearing up my credit and now I have confidence in myself in what iam doing moving forward I can now help my children get a better understanding on their credit so they do not have to struggle like I did.
