PlayStation gift card stuck on “Available Soon”
I purchased PlayStation gift cards from StanShop today, including a ₹2,000 card and two ₹1,000 cards. The payment was completed, but the card numbers and PINs are showing “Available Soon.” I contacted support but have not received a response yet.
I understand that delays can happen, so I am waiting for the issue to be resolved. I am posting this review to share my current experience and hope StanShop provides the codes or a refund promptly.

Pls accept that you and your team doing fraud with customers and you did not reply in chatboot or you have fake complaint id on your company id. When we try to complaint. Gmail gave the notification the id address not found and your nodel officer id every time send a msg only we work on it very closely 😂😂😂🤣. And after 24 hours you know no one eligible for refund or you did need to send gift card.all are in comments every customer know you and your company do scam every day with customers.

Guys now there is a update : After again 2 days as they told me there is a technical issue they will provide the gift before the end of day but still after the end of day they didn't gave me the code , I will update all the things when until I get the gift card and now it's 27th of September

I ordered a gift card 2 days ago, and I still haven’t got a code. It says “Available Soon” on the code. I have been relentless trying to complain and get some info about when I can get my code, they have been lying about fixing the issue by the morning or today, for the last 2 days. KYC Failure and chatgpt replies from customer support.
I am trying to purchase a play store gift card but I am unable to purchase the gift card as it is continuously asking us to verify via digilocker. Despite following the procedure and providing the necessary details, it redirects us to the page where we choose the amount of gift cards. Upon selecting the same, it again asks us to verify. And this process just continues indefinitely without being unable to make a purchase. And support gives chatgpt replies. Since, they don't want to fix the problem, let it be the reason for their own ruin.
