The staff who conducted the eye exam…
The staff who conducted the eye exam were very kind and helpful. However, the staff member responsible for processing payments and assisting with selecting my glasses appeared to be rushed and bothered. I have not received my second pair of glasses because the wrong order was placed, and I haven't received any updates on its status. Although I paid for them, I will be requesting a refund for the second pair since it has been a month without any progress.
