You guys said that if I wasn't satisfied I could have a refund but, that wasn't the case 😕😔; because Nothing in Life is Free is what the Manager I find out at the Location the manager told me... Look at the find print at the bottom of the ad!!! Okay 👍🏾 I had to pay for the Glasses and the Eye exam so I couldn't get my money back Okie Dokie 👌🆗.... I didn't even get the right Glasses 🤓...

Had a great visit over to Stanton Optical. Service was second to none and turn around time on my glasses was excellent. Highly recommend!!! Staff was awesome.

the customer service was great
the customer service was great, I did not like that the doctor was remote and no one said anything until after I was already prepped and in the room. More transparency would have been appreciated.
Additionally the private rooms were poorly lit and looked dirty and dingy.

Deficient.
They focused on trying to sell me a bunch of things my eyes didn't need. My eyes are very sensitive. Plus, the online diagnosis from the eye exam was inadequate.

Great
As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted with a welcoming and friendly worker. She guided us to the registration desk where we filled out our electronic forms then taken in the back for the exam. Once approved we got to pick out our glasses and paid. Glasses were done in an hour. Such a great experience. Thank you!

When I picked up my glasses there was…
When I picked up my glasses there was no time spent adjusting my frames on my face. Nor my ears. I wasn’t given case for my glasses, due to the size of my frames. This is unacceptable when someone spends so much money on a product and little to nothing is given to protect them.
