My experience was great! The rep was very helpful with pricing. I was glad to get a same day appointment. They are fast and flexible. My glasses came back with great timing.

Great customer service.

My experience was great! The rep was very helpful with pricing. I was glad to get a same day appointment. They are fast and flexible. My glasses came back with great timing.

I would have given a 5 star review…

I would have given a 5 star review however, the ladies in the back were not friendly and they came off as “mean girls.” On the other hand, the ladies in the front seemed like they didn't mind my presence and wanted me as a customer. They were very helpful and approachable. When I picked up my glasses I didn't get offered the liquid glasses cleaners or the cloth. Overall, the prices for the glasses are reasonable, the service was quick and the turn around time to pick up my glasses was fast.

Under estimating your customers

Not good and I will not return due to surprising co payments and no assistance on glasses cases

When you make an appointment there is…Great service every time

When you make an appointment there is no waiting , without an appointment usually very little waiting. They are always prompt and professional when it’s time to pick out your glasses there is none of that hard sale bull. You tell them your budget I guarantee they will probably do even better than your budget. Always friendly smiles everywhere and a relaxed atmosphere like you’re there only customer. I was at another eye center for 30 years 6 kids all had to wear contacts and glasses wish Stanton was around then could have saved me some aggravation.
