Everyone at Stanton Optical was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Great people. Still waiting on my glasses but should have them next week. They have problems with their electronic communication.

They put the wrong lens on the wrong side of my glasses, they made my sunglasses progression lens when I did not request that and up charged me 50.00 for that.

Tim at the Ocala State Road 200 address was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative in helping my wife pick out her glasses. The process went smooth and we can expect to pick up her glasses in about 2 weeks.

Re ordered my contacts was told they were ordered. When I called to see if they were in I was told that they were not ordered. Requested they be ordered again. Called to see if they were in again was told they had not been ordered. Then was told that they needed to be paid for before they were ordered. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

The gentlemen that helped me was awesome! Highly recommend.

I had an appointment yesterday, as did my daughter. While my daughter was being taken care of (which took a robberTWO HOURS JUST TO PICK UP GLASSES.
(And it was her second trip, because the contacts she was fitted for on her first visit were not correct.) While I awaiting my turn a lady, (I believe Cassandra) took my DL and Insurance card to copy art) As it turned out I could not be helped with(lack of somebodyDR)
They never returned my ID or my Insurance card!
That office is an hour one way !! And I don’t drive my daughter brought me!!
NOWWHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO WITH NO ID AND NO INSURANCE CARD!
So unprofessional, and how do you operate vision center with no DOCTOR PRESENT!

I had such a great experience! I lost my glasses and was able to get a Sunday afternoon appointment, which was a lifesaver. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because the appointment didn’t include an in-person tech—it was all remote/telehealth—and I was worried my prescription might not be as accurate.
On top of that, I have severe dry eye and can only see out of one eye, so getting the right prescription is really important to me. But I have to say, they completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful in walking me through the entire process and making sure all my measurements were correct.
I was also really impressed with their pricing and deals—I was able to take advantage of a buy-one-get-one offer, which made a huge difference. My glasses arrived in about two weeks (they ship from Texas), and everything turned out perfect.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re unsure about trying a telehealth option. They made the whole process easy, affordable, and stress-free!

The experience was great was taken in almost immediately to get eyes check and than the two ladies that serviced were both polite and very informative, Helping me picked the best option, I walked out with my glasses same day, Id definitely recommend.

We called and got a same day appointment. The staff was friendly and thorough, and then we got a pair of glasses in an hour. Amazing
