Great mattress, looks thinner than the picture but then again it’s probably for illustration purposes only. But still worth the money.

Company are fine, quick delivery but mattress wasn't great for us
Didn't have any issues with ordering and receiving my item - delivery was quick. We ordered the 'Starlight Beds 7.25" Deep Luxurious Cool Touch Big Bricks Quilting White Border with Memory Foam and Spring Mattress' but unfortunately it's the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever laid on. We gave our daughter a new bed for her birthday so rushed on the day putting it all up for her as a surprise and quickly regretted our decision to unwrap the mattress. You can feel every spring; I have no idea where the memory foam is, and it's unbelievably noisy when you move on it. It's so bad that we're actually going to purchase her another mattress and get rid of this one :(

Won’t be buying again after mold on mattress when arrived twice
Was shocked as I’ve brought from here before I ordered two mattress one of them turned up
Open and covered in black marks they arranged collection and another was sent out as I’ve opened the other one it’s got mold and black stains on the customer service was amazing but as for the mattress it’s self they were not good at all

Recently bought a mattress from Starlight beds and I am very happy with it. Looks really good quality at a very reasonable price. Quite soft which is what I prefer. Very good shipping time. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future

If they 2/3 days add another day onto that arrived Friday .

Studio daybed
I was looking for a makeshift day/occasional overnight bed for a studio conversion in our garden. I chose this PVC covered mattress because the leather settee needed replacing due to mildew.
Having bought a bed frame I chose this mattress because it was at such a bargain price for one with springs - great value for money.
Where you as a company have excelled is in the extremely speedy and efficient handling of my order: every step was seamless - ordered and delivered within a few days with every update right on the button.
And it’s always reassuring having orders delivered by DPD - every order has been expedited within their one-hour window.
When it comes to online shopping these differences make a difference!

Avoid this company
They will gladly take your money but dont expect any service except lies about delivery and definitely dont exepct your goods to be delivered. All I've had is lies about a delivery. They produce the delivery label and then tell you it has been despatched leading you down a garden path but the product never goes to the courier service. They will just keep you hanging with stories about your expected delivery.
