BEWARE! Avoid this garage
Really poor experience here. BUYER BEWARE. I tried to buy my daughter's first car here. Reserved a used Skoda car online with them and submitted the finance application as requested. At the time the car showed as available and the sales man Aiden rang at 8.45 the next morning to confirm and discuss when I could collect etc. By lunch time they had decided to sell the car elsewhere and said that despite being reserved by me and a hard credit check completed that it was no longer available. The sales manager Alan was rude and unsympathetic and repeatedly asked me to think about the customer.. I had to remind him I was the customer! I raised a complaint about this and Alan's conduct as he became increasingly aggressive and James the dealer principle replied on email by saying he was more interested in going on holiday for the Easter weekend and referred me back to Alan who I'd initially complained to him about. No reply to further emails and as other poor reviews have stated they then just ignore you using back street tactics/ghosting any problems. If James the dealer principle doesn't want to hear about rude staff and poor service in his 'family owned and ran' garage then I ask myself why would his staff care if they are rude to customers and ignore simple requests for information. I am left with no car and a mark on my credit file. Best save the heartache and AVOID! Buyer beware.

The salesman Russell spent a lot of time with us discussing alternative models and the advantages of an automatic car. We test drove a manual and an automatic car and decided on the automatic. Russell located a 1 year old low milage car which met all of our requirements.
