Excellent hospitality by Cairo, and like usual a good clean will 100% be back

This is a slightly late review however a couple of years ago my sister spilled a full bottle of Coke in my Louis Vuitton bag and I sent it off for it to be cleaned. The service was amazing. From start to finish top service. The bag was collected and returned in near enough brand new condition. Would really recommend from the bottom of my heart.

Avoid – first time using Stay Clean Daily and I deeply regret it.

I gave them my off-white Jordan Chicago’s (worn once). I knew it was a risk, but I checked multiple times beforehand that they were experienced and capable of cleaning luxury/high-value shoes.

Unfortunately, they used a rough brush and completely damaged the toe box. The shoes are now visibly ruined. Refunding the cost of the cleaning service is not an acceptable outcome considering these trainers are worth over £5,000 and were purchased new.

To make matters worse, the whole process took around a month and I had to send numerous messages, many of which were ignored, before they finally refunded me. The refund was £130 — after the damage was already done.

Overall, a really disappointing experience. Please be careful — they appear to have no insurance and clearly aren’t equipped to handle delicate materials or luxury footwear properly. I won’t be using them again.

i wouldnt go back

i picked them due to good reviews but got the opposite experience
firstly they took > 2 weeks to give my shoes back when they said 3-5 working days
i had to chase them up and ask for updates and they were rude back saying 'we told you we would tell you later.. our staff is sick'
if they knew it was going to be double the time due to sick staff surely they should inform the client..
2ndly they gave my shoes back with the laces done wrong - i have ON shoes which dont have laces but elastic and they had put them in so the shoes were not functional i had to try and find videos to be able to put the elastic back on so it was usable again.
no real apology or compensation , they said send them back and we can fix it.. but why would i pay 10 pounds to send them back.. they said they would cover the cost then ghosted me...

Having tried other shoe cleaning services, I can confidently say that StayClean daily goes above and beyond. Their outstanding service has truly impressed me, and I’m thrilled to be a lifelong customer. I will certainly be spreading the word about them!

Very happy with service always updated me about my trainers. Explained everything properly about their service.

Service was amazing, the communication was fast and informative.
I got a suede clean and then another pair cleaned and repainted and I couldn’t have asked for better.
Not only do both pairs look brand new again but they smell incredible.
Would 100% recommend.

I came across this company on google and used their on line service. I had a query so i found their number on their site and it was a mobile so got through straight away. The man assisting me was extremely helpful. My shoes were collected via RM and i received them back today and they look amazing. Service is faultless

Had a fantastic experience with Stay Clean!! Not only were they patient with me when I didn’t order the first time around, they still honoured the first purchase 10% off, they were super communicative and they did same day pick up. Better than the customer service was the results - my gosh! How to turn £1k pounds of junked shoes back into the brand new version - I’m sooo grateful! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Will definitely be a returning customer but trying to keep this set of cleans as clean as possible for a while!!
