Unreliable - Over promised and underdelivered!
Certainly over promised and under delivered. Whatever promise they make you have to keep asking for them to get it. if not they just deleiver the minimum and try to get by. I was supposed to have a dedicated driver for 3 days. They changed the driver overnight and had to wait for the new driver in Lucknow for one hour at the hotel. We skipped breakfast to be ready at 7.00AM but the driver didnt show up till 8.00AM. The tour guide we organized in Ayodiya made us walk over 5 km without any prior communication and then disappeared after the first part of the day. Overall, I would never use them again.

Goa & Stayfari With Anand. A Great Match.
Goa what a memorable place! Truly an unbelievable experience. Forget the beaches do yourself a favour and visit St Francis Xavier Complex and Old Town. The experience was memorable and no matter what religion visiting his coffin and viewing what i call a miracle of this famous persons remains is nothing but that. Not to mention the effect on people who passed by.
Anand our driving was amazing, on time and punctual. Knowledgable as well. The car was comfortable with good air con and through Stayfari was also such great value

Information was provided well in advance. With whatsapp group have been able to communicate easily specially when networks are weak/ not available. Grievance has been sorted out in real quick time.

Excellent service. From the time the initial booking was made, they contacted me on WhatsApp and the whole process was smooth. All my requests were handled brilliantly.
The driver Abu Bakar was a true professional and drove safe. The car was clean and well maintained.
