The company it self is ran by Carlos who barely speaks English. I don’t know how this company got a partnership with Amazon! They steal packages. Drivers smoke while driving. This company is a joke. Amazon hire any body including illegal aliens

We booked Villa Amaya in Miami Design district for your family and friend reunion. It was an amazing experience - very smooth and the villa is awesome and at high end. The 5 rooms, 3bth are very spacious. And the pool is a little bit small but really heated. . Or and his team are very responsive and made great recommendations. I would strongly recommend Tucasa for the great professionalism
