I was sent the wrong shirt twice. It took 2 emails every time I’ve reached out to the company to get any response. The warehouse finally reported that they didn’t have the shirt that I ordered so they just sent a different one. They finally issued me a refund months after I initially ordered the shirt, but they would not refund the shipping costs despite the fact that they never shipped the shirt I ordered. I tried to give a lot of time to resolve this issue (I ordered the shirt in September and am writing this review in December) knowing that this is a small company and mistakes happen, but I have been so disappointed in this company and have been greeted with terrible customer service.

I love the material. It is so comfortable. Always get compliments from friends and strangers.

My order arrived very quickly, however, the sweatshirt was too big. I reached out to the company and received a prompt response back. A new shirt was sent and arrived within a few days. The quality is great and I am extremely impressed with this company for both customer service and quality!

I realized others had a bad experience and I'm surprised! I loved that I could buy a cool sweatshirt and tee-shirt with Travel slogans that was made in Waco Texas! No waiting 3 weeks for China delivery! Very fast processing and delivery. I don't know if company being a small company had a staffing problem with others but I received sweatshirt 10 days after order! The quality of the sweatshirt was great and soft! Great customer service too! I just ordered a tshirt and hoping for same result!

Absolutely terrible. I tried returning something and after 5 days of emailing them multiple times with no reply, I filed a claim with my credit card company. Stay away from them.

I ordered 6 sweatshirts for Christmas gifts on Dec 11th. A few days before Christmas I received only half of the order but was charged the full price plus shipping. After returning merchandise and so many emails back and forth I got a partial refund. Then they refused to refund my shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE and the company is totally UNAPOLOGETIC about their screw ups!!!

I was so excited about the items I ordered! And then - the postal service misdelivered them- which isn't the company's fault. Their customer service getting this issue resolved was very lacking in caring or understanding. Because the tracking showed it had been delivered it was up to me to try and find the package. When we took the package that had been left for us (that wasn't ours) they said they hadn't seen our missing package. Four days later a different neighbor brought the package to us, opened said they didn't look at the label before they opened it. It happens this time of year. Well, it didn't get any better. One of the items (gray Be Happy sweatshirt) had been scorched in the manufacturing process. It has a clear outline of the heat press. The customer service is demanding the packing slip - which I don't have as it wasn't in the bag when it finally got to me. I have provided them with the Order number - everything but the packing slip. So buyer beware - they don't care and will NOT do anything to make it right when it is clearly a manufacturing error on their part. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a sweatshirt on 10/27. Today is 11/7, and I have not heard a word about my order. They have my money, but they aren't too worried about getting me my product.

It took over a month to receive the item and when I finally received it, I no longer needed it. Their website says that they accept returns within 7 days so I contacted their customer service immediately. After 5 days, I had not heard back from them so I sent a second email. I am still waiting for a response.

Edit… today 9/5/23 I received the item. No notification it was shipped. The item is good quality and nice. However it is too late to give for the birthday gift

I ordered a sweatshirt on 8/16/23 with the expectation of receiving within 7-10 as stated on site. It is currently 9/3/23 and still hasn’t shipped. According to customer service they said it would be shipped last week… nothing. Unacceptable. Do not recommend. Scam
