Con artists took my money cancelled my stay and have not refunded my now blocked me on everything .

Why is nobody looking into this scam?

We could not even stay there and it felt so unclean and spoilt our 2 nights mini break.
One set of drawers was so bad we couldn’t even open it.
Not sure what happened to one of the toilet rolls bit it was yellow!
The blinds/curtains were hanging off
The "wardrobe" was one rail and sleeps 4?
The cupboards were dirty and unkempt.
Looked like black mould on the bath rim.
The list is endless
We had to find somewhere else quick to stay as it was 4pm.
I will admit we made the mistake of thinking the 4.5 Review was out of 5 when it was out of 10.
The pictures online were super deceiving and actually false advertising!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional company, we booked to stay in an apartment george street, blackpool.
After reading the appalling reviews on the property, I phoned to cancel which was agreed and I was told I would receive the refund within 5 working days.this was on 4th August 24 and I have not yet received a penny, I have contacted them on numerous occasions since and they keep promising to send my refund and it doesn't happen. I am now getting no answer to phone calls, messages and emails. I advise anyone not to book with this company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ...PLACE WAS A DISGRACE...RUBBISH EVERYWHERE...SURROUNDED BY DRUG USERS UP ALL NIGHT....NOISE ALL NIGHT...STENCH OF DRUGS....HAIR ON PLATES..FRIDGE FLITHY....TOWELS STAINED AND RIPPED...HAD TO LEAVE AS MY SON WANTED TO CALL POLICE AS SO SCARED....LEFT SEVERAL MESAAGES...STAFF REFUSE TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

If I could score less I would, don't stay here it's disgusting, filthy and nothing like what's on booking sites, it says luxurious apartments, more like crack dens, I booked 2 nights for me my daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids age 5 and 9,got in and stuck to the carpets, walls and stairs filthy, back door wide open with loads of dirty laundry, wires hanging down taped up, no light fittings, got into apartment and looked at beds, lt was like someone continuously peed on them, blood stains, covered in pubic hairs it was unsafe and not fit for a dog to stay in, was damp and mouldy, stunk of a foul smell, I could go on, I was crying and so where kids,my daughter took photos got downstairs again and at the side of a child's pram was a big bit of tin foil with long burnt black lines on it, obviously used by heroin addicts, we got the number off wall to contact them and ran out, rang them for nearly 2 hours to say we wouldn't be staying there but got no answer so I emailed them and hotels. com forwarding my concerns and got no response, been fighting for 3 weeks for a refund and was refused, instead they offered me another 2 nights stay at different times and dates knowing I would refuse, been on to Blackpool council and complained gave them all the photos and all the information regarding this property which they are now investigating, it's false advertising and should be closed down, I'm taking it much further with citizens advice to get my refund of £252 which is shocking.
Do not be taken in by the photos on booking sites, it's not luxurious, it's a hell hole, do not stay with them, every site they are on have horrendous reviews and the company don't care, totally spoilt our weekend away with my family.
