I like the points system. You don't have to jump threw hoops to get them.

Orders on Sunday would normally be collected on a Monday for Tuesday delivery. Due to the poor weather conditions around the Stoke hub, the couriers have experienced difficulties getting parcels collected and dispatched on time.
