Shocking service and poor quality items
Two month delay in receipt. Terrible quality. No extension in return window despite the fact that it took 2 months to receive product. Shame that they hold their customers to a higher standard than they hold themselves.
This is the second time i have ordered with Stefan Thomas, both orders being the Oslo Sweatpants. Following my previous review complimenting the the item i had received, i have to say what was sent to me the second time i ordered was not at all to the standard i expected after my first order.
Despite from being hugely disappointed with the difference in quality, i have to praise their customer service team, i had questions reviewing where my parcel was, when it would be with me, and then reasoning as to why the item was of a much poorer quality.
I would like to thank Stefan Thomas for their continuous communication and reassurance, they always replied promptly. I was offered a a full refund on the second order.

Clothes took 2 months to arrive and were terrible quality and not as pictured. Cheap knock off stuff from China. Requested a refund but was not given a reply

I purchased two pairs of these trousers.
Initially I was disappointed with the delivery time, but when one pair arrived (I'm still waiting for the second) I was happy with them and have had several compliments.
On the plus side I would say the material is very nice and they're very comfortable. On the minus side I'd say they are short in the leg (despite the elasticated ankle - they can ride up) and the stitching could be better; both of these became more apparent after the first wash.
The company have made efforts to improve communication, apologised for delays, and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.
Overall I'm pleased with the trousers and would recommend Stefan Thomas.

Ordered beginning of January, just received the item today.
Had been kept up to date with delays so not a problem to wait, small company, just starting, gave them the benefit of the doubt.
The trousers are nothing like advertised, sizing way off, textile is as cheap as it gets, too short… can’t even use them as indoor comfy trousers.
Not one to complain but if that was my business and I just started , I wouldn’t feel good about sending those products out and if I wasn’t aware that is what the products look like then I’d appreciate some feedback from customers and will try and resolve that as fast as I can before too many negative comments spread everywhere.

Stitching is all over the place and sticking out from all sides, pockets are so shallow they don't hold anything and the sizing is way off (trousers are super wide but super short so look ridiculous).
They failed to send items on time due to "high demand" and then rushed orders out by their own admission apparently resulting in the low quality.
Very shameful practices. This place shouldn't be operating.

Purchased two items from Stefan Thomas. One piece I now wear everyday but the other I decided to return. I left it over the 14 days and also forgot to add the order number in the package, but after quick and easy comms with the CS team I was offered a refund for the returned item.
Highly recommended!

I’m afraid I have to join the mountain of unhappy customers. I made my purchase on the 22nd of January, a week after received a production fault email on the 1th of Feb. Since then not a single change to the status of my delivery, don’t buy from them till they sort their business out!!!!

The joggers started falling apart the first time I put them on. Stitching is poor and putting my hand in the pocket the stitching came apart in one area and my fingers poked through the hole. I've contacted Stephan Thomas support twice in the last 10 days for a refund or replacement and they are just ignoring me.
Update 12th March: After a third email to Stephan Thomas I've finally had a response, an apology for the delay and a refund issued.

Thanks for your response, but I'm struggling to see how returning the trousers to China aligns with your environmental claims. This process seems to contradict the positive impact you aim to achieve. Additionally, without tangible evidence of your contributions to planting trees and charity, these initiatives feel more like words than actionable impacts.
Demanding items be sent back across the globe directly conflicts with any notion of sustainability. I'm also curious about the partial refund you've mentioned—exactly what percentage of the initial cost would that cover?
Looking forward to a solution that actually aligns with the sustainable values you profess.

Quality is poor (think SHEIN) and not worth the price paid (even at advertised 1/2 price) lots of loose threads, corduroy feels thin and cheap and both items ordered had rubber labels sewn on with gibberish words which were not on the examples shown online. Sizing is not as described and comes up small/short like typical oriental sizing .

I bought trousers on the 11th January, not received anything, not even an email from them. The only correspondance I have received is to download the Shop email to track my order, but without giving me any tracking numbers etc.
They've also ignored my when dm'ing on Instagam.
ST...what are you playing at?!?!!

Placed an order for 2 items on 11 Jan 2024 (1824) and despite numerous emails and messages on Instagram my items still haven't arrived. It's now 27 Jan. They just reply saying check tracking.
Beware. It's definitely a scam.

Ordered Oslo cord sweatpants on the 11/01. On the 14/01 I received an email saying they were on the way. It is now the 26/01. I’ve sent 3 seperate emails to both the support email and the original email account and have received no reply.
The tracking code I was given also just says ‘Info received’ from Yunexpress. So safe to assume my package was never sent and I’ve essentially been robbed.
I have never left a bad review but feel the need to here. Do not buy from this site

Seems to be drop shipping from China from other "brands". The "Oslo Cord Sweatpants" are from "Fashion Design." Quality seems fine but there's obvious flaws, one of the labels on the Sweats has Lorem Ipsum body copy but even that has been mispelled so I don't think it's ironic. Rest of the labels are in Chinese and broken English as well.
If I had paid full price I'd feel let down as you can get branded stuff for less than their 'full price'. But I'm not really mad at the clothing or the guys behind Stefanthomas, more disappointed in myself for going for it to be honest but wouldn't recommend.

Order not received. I received an email a week ago saying my item was shipped however when I click on the “track your order” button it says “404 page not found” which leads me to guess my order is not going to come and suspect it may be a scam. Im order number #2132 if somebody from the company wishes to clarify the status of my order.
Edit: have just been told by customer service order is in fact on the way. Once order arrives I will take down the review as I wouldn’t wish to harm small businesses. My concern was that this might have been a fraudulent Instagram company as I know people who have been stung in the past.
