I placed an online order to be shipped to the USA and was aware that I would be responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. However, Stella Nova incorrectly declared the value of my purchase to FedEx as $425, even though I had paid $160.
This incorrect declaration resulted in a customs bill of $170. I contacted Stella Nova about the mistake, but they have refused to offer even a small amount of compensation or acknowledge that the incorrect declaration was their error.
I have no issue paying the customs charges that legitimately apply to an international purchase, but I do expect the seller to provide accurate customs documentation. Unfortunately, Stella Nova has been unwilling to take responsibility for the additional cost caused by their error.

International customer and purchasing from this company has been unnecessary stress!! Customer service isn’t helpful and their phone lines are never open.

I am an international customer. Complete disaster. Customer service just closes off completely for 2 weeks, pick up no phones. Then they send “someone is sick” do there is delay. Very professional. The return portal should be avoided at all cost, you pay €12 to return and get no label. After multiple emails I got a return label… from another customer in another country! You cannot believe it. Also received a dress which was described as lined, but there was no lining, the ruffles were a lot smaller in real life and it looked cheap. As of now they robbed me of €237,99 because there are so called “makeup stains” but I have photos of the dress before returning it with the tag and without stains. Hello?! Avoid this webshop at all costs. It will shorten your life!

This company is outrageous and completely out of touch with the customer service experience. I made a purchase on the website out of love for the clothing designs and had a poor experience. They were deceptive in the fees and after claiming my package was lost, they kept the shipping fees. They did not offer to reship items or offer any kind of compensation to reorder. The customer service agents are nonchalant and did not offer reassurance whatsoever. I’m disappointed in this experience because I truly wanted to try the clothing.

Do not return anything. They will steal your merchandise and will not refund you. Cute clothes but not worth the headache.

Fantastisk smukt tøj og hurtig tilbagebetaling af retur varer. Jeg måtte købe nyt i mindre størrelser, da jeg i første omgang havde købt tøj der var for stort. Fik tøjet hurtigt og pengene var hurtigt på tilbage på kontoen. Alt dette til trods for Black friday og julehandel.

I found the brand in the beginning very interesting and decided to order a piece. I ordered per sizing guide and advice on the website and the sizing were way off. Way too big. So I decided to return it. However there is no automatic return process. What I did was just to send the parcel myself. The parcel got apparently lost and of course Stella Nova "has no responsibility on that". Although providing a good service experience would be in a serious companies interest. 30 euros lost from shipping 100 euros lost from the actual item. And it is my responsibility.

No, I wouldn't recommend Stella Nova or come back again.

My order was shipped the day after i placed it and the item arrived 3 days later in a perfect shape! I am more than satisfied! Would recommand the store without any doubt to my friends!

I understand return policies are in place to be respected, but I would expect a store that sells medium/high priced fashion to make some exceptions if the situation warrantees it. I am an international customer and I do not recommend this company to anyone.
