I too have two dresses that the company are refusing to let me return the items for a refund. They said the dresses were too cumbersome to return.!!!
Now stuck with two dresses that are unfit to wear due to the size being wrong.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered any clothing from this site. Order took three weeks to arrive - didn’t state that on the order. When it did fit and colour were not what I wanted so ordered a returns label. Four emails later and no returns label just a very poorly worded email in response consisting of about five words. And still no returns label. I will persist but on looking at the other reviews it doesn’t seem like I’ll get my money refunded. I’ve only ordered one dress so not too much to lose however if you order a selection you will be left well out of pocket. Especially as there are so many other reputable companies who offer free returns and promptly refund your cash. Do not order from this company.

Clothes took a long to to arrive, now I understand why ( China ).
Returns policy isn’t very good. No labels.. China.. .£16 to return . Don’t response quickly,, did after few e mails. Happy to swap for different sizes.. yet when it doesn’t suit , not worth it. Sorry.
Wish I hadn’t bothered .

Do NOT order from this company. As other reviews have stated, they also refused to provide me with a returns label and said my request to return items was 'cumbersome'! I am going to apply to my bank for a refund on the grounds of a disputed transaction as item received but not as described. The colour of the dress I ordered was absolutely nothing like they advertised. This company needs shutting down - AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN MY ITEMS AS THEY ARE NOT A GOOD FIT AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO COVER THE PRICE OF THE POSTAGE MYSELF AS THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY RETURNS LABELS. I REFUSED THIS WAS OFFERED DISCOUNT AS ORGANISING RETURNS WERE TOO 'CUMBERSOME' FOR THE COMPANY TO DO
I REFUSED AGAIN AND WAS OFFERED MORE DISCOUNT AND AGAIN I REFUSED
I AM NOW STUCK WITH THE GOODS AND I AMPOSTING THIS REVIEW TO WARN OTHERS THAT THE RETURNS MAY NOT BE AS EASY AS THEY THOUGHT AND YOU CAN BE LEFT OUT OF POCKET
