Excellent service , our crew Liam and Mason were brilliant ! Can’t fault them, just wish I could of bought all my garden tubs but there wasn’t room on the van

The team from booking right until the end were great. Tracey was so friendly and pleasant on the phone each time we spoke, she arranged the appointment for a surveyor to measure up and provide a quotation, as well as the booking process. The team on the day, all three of them were excellent and very caring.

First class experience with Stephens on our recent house move, involving a full top to bottom packing service beforehand. From initial contact with the office through to the on site survey, packing and moving day itself the entire team who helped us were professional, experienced, friendly and extremely helpful. The service provided was absolutely first class and made what is inherently a stressful process so much easier. Packing, loading and unloading was done with care and professionalism, and furniture was dismantled and reassembled brilliantly. On moving day itself they pulled in every resource needed to complete the job to quality and time. Would thoroughly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

I received exceptional customer service from the very first phone call to the last item moved. The office staff were very helpful and pleasant. They dealt with any concerns I had in a kind, thoughtful and reassuring manner. They made several telephone calls before and after the move to keep me informed and check everything was ok.
The crew were efficient, careful and quick and offered extra help along the way.

Very happy with Stephen’s Removals from speaking to the office staff, to Martin the Estimator through, through to the 4 fellas who loaded my furniture and stuff into the lorry on day one all within 2 hours and a bit of a carry including dismantling furniture, to the 2 fellas who drove 3+ hours and again delivered within 2 hours including putting stuff back together again with no breakages, great packing team by Sally and Rebecca! Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is moving in the near future
