The compound was excellent in fixing a mirror to a bathroom wall. Moreover, the instructions were detailed and clear.

Had a packet of hydrocolloid plasters in the drawer, girlfriend cut her finger, tried to open a plaster up, first one wouldn't open for the life of me, tried another, but the protective tape that's been applied to the plaster to prevent you using it wouldn't come off, grabbed another one got some of the tape off, but found both sides to be sticky, ended up sticking some of the plaster to myself and some to her, threw it away and grabbed yet another one, this time the preventative wrapper was welded to the plaster, with absolutely no chance of separation, scratched about in the cupboard and found a decent brand of plaster (Tescos own brand) and applied within a few seconds. Glad the laceration wasn't critical, otherwise Steroplast would have ensured my girlfriends early demise. My recommendation is to avoid there products at all costs. Thank me later.

Very reliable company, I made a double payment and they reached out to confirm the order and to arrange a possible refund if I had done a mistake.

I have had an awful experience with trying order a support for my daughter. My item was taking a long time to arrive so I emailed for an update. I was told my item had been delivered to a safe place and sent a picture. I could not recognise the place int he photo and, after zooming in on the picture, noticed the delivery address on the parcel was not even mine! I was then told that my item was out of stock and someone would reply letting me know when the stick was due in later that day but no-one replied. I emailed the next day saying I desperately needed to order by a date in a week or two, ready for my daughter having her cast removed and I had a reply saying I would have my parcel by the beginning of the following week. It is now Thursday and nothing has been delivered. I have emailed again for an update only to be told that the item is unavailable and would I like a refund. I has left me in an awful position as now I have nothing ready for my daughter. I feel completely let down and like I have been strung along. I will never use this company again and would really not recommend to anyone.
