Schnell, sehr informativ und hohe Erstattung Schätzung
Der Prozess war zwar genauso schnell wie bei anderen Anbietern, aber ich empfand die Erklärungen als besonders gründlich und beruhigend. Außerdem habe ich im Vergleich zu anderen Softwares eine höhere Schätzung erhalten, was wahrscheinlich an der Ausführlichkeit liegt, mit der die Software arbeitet! Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen :)

I’ve been using this app for last 3 years and my exp is amazing. Steuergo is really convenient and intuitive to file for tax returns as it automatically fills and asks for expenses that can be deducted from the taxable income which i didn’t even knew about.

Bad customer support
The software is ok, but the customer support is very bad. I had a problem with the expected and the actual tax refund.
Steuergo didn't receive my tax return summary from the tax office, so I got in touch with the customer support to understand how to fix the situation. The customer support basically said it's my problem and I have to deal with it. Which may be fair, but the problem is that they were very rude. So I was mistreated and didn't solve my problem. I don't givve 1 star only because the software served me well in the past.

Well thought questionnaire and great support!
Not only does their platform explain every single entry of tax declaration submission in English, but also their support team is very helpful and useful when it comes to following up with the tax office on queries and appeals. They also have tools to generate legal letters for such communications. This is by far they most well thought online tax submission platform I tried so far.

Einfache und Übersichtliche Benutzerführung
Ich nutze die Software bereits seit 2014 und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Programm gibt zahlreiche Tips und Hilfestellungen. Wenn man die Daten wahrheitsgemäß einträgt, ggf. Belege mit einreicht, entspricht die Erstattung auch dem ausgrechneten Betrag.
