Zero customer service
Received a domestic door for a commercial premises so it came with a slam shut lock, it has taken more than 5 months to rectify. Even now it isn’t completed & we have had to find a solution for the door to now stay closed following the new lock. Poor, poor, poor communication, no reply, weeks to come back to us & cancellation of engineer. Would never use again! 😡
