Glass didn’t turn up with order and had…
Glass didn’t turn up with order and had to wait over a week after receiving frames before glass arrived so had to fork out for sheets of osb to board windows in the meantime the fit glass but these were meant to be preglazed units this has cost me extra labour , material cost and a unsatisfied customer and the staff didn’t seem to be fussed about this issue

I had been looking for a new handle for window
I had been looking for a new window handle for a long time . I was told to go to another company near here , who didn’t have what I was looking for .
So I tried stevenswood and as soon as I walked in the two guys at front and Shirley , helped me get the handles I had been looking for , they even gave me them for free saying they were spares !

Staff extremely helpful
Staff at were extremely helpful when we went to the showroom inquire about doors and windows for our project. Gave sound advice on products and helpful hints on fitting the units. Delivery was as promised - on time. Delivery driver very courteous and like the showroom staff was also very helpful during delivery. 10 out 10 all round.

Warranty work taking well over a year
I've been trying to get something sorted out for a faulty window for well over a year now. I had been speaking to someone called Shirley in your Edinburgh branch, whom I assume is no longer working for you as she's not replied to any correspondence in months. My builder has also been trying to speak with you about having this rectified and has visited your Edinburgh branch a couple of times.
Can someone PLEASE contact me about having this issue sorted.
The window in question is in my one year old son's bedroom - it's so draughty we couldn't put him in there at the start of the year and given that it's taken this long to get absolutely nothing done, I'm now starting to make preparations to move him into our room before winter comes and it gets too cold again.
These windows came with a 10 year warranty. I assumed that this meant that they were covered for 10 years, not that it'll take 10 years to have a problem rectified.

The Edinburgh Stevenswood branch in Bilston has been my preferred window and door supplier for many years now. I can't recommend them highly enough and the service from all the staff under the leadership of Shirley is second to none in Edinburgh.

Terrible
Terrible. Purchased a window sill that looked like it had been stored under a bag of rocks. Scratches and dents all over it. Still waiting for a solution over a week later
