I've never experienced such bad customer service. My product wasn't there, so instead of contacting me, the company sent me a random, different color and was surprised that it wasn't ok for me. I also didn't get one of the products I paid for. Instead, I was offered "maybe a refund" after returning the already opened products at my own expense. The products don't have any names, so you don't even know if they sent what you ordered or whatever.
In addition they don't answer your messages as if they don't know English.

Scam artists. I placed an order a month ago and still no product. I checked on it a few days later and the site had disappeared. “Customer service” said it was down for maintenance.
Meanwhile, I have received three other orders from China, all of which arrived within 10 days.
After contacting sticker doll again, I received this (nonsensical) response this morning:
“Dear customer,
I just got the notice that all packets (from all countries) to US would be
subject to stricter screening by the customs.
Due to the tightened customs control and screening, the shipping time
to US will be longer than normal.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. You are also welcomed to contact us for your suggestions and any concerns.
Thanks.”
STAY AWAY.

Nice variety. My 11-year-old loved them, although some of the stickers are borderline inappropriate for a kid (e.g. the ""Weed"" one 😆). There were several that were just weird, too. Overall, a fun gift.

UPDATE: 10.23.2020 - STILL NO STICKERS
they suck! I ordered $100 of stickers for my son on May 13th and here it is AUGUST 26th and I still do not have the stickers. I got an updated email on August 4th but FedEx still has received the stickers. It is f***ing bull! I wish I would have seen the reviews. Contacted them several times, no response.

First, the website is designed to look like they're based in the US but they are based in China. After weeks I emailed them to ask them why the shipment hasn't arrived and they gave me a new tracking number. They said be patient. A few more weeks and nothing. They again said to be patient. 4 months later, nothing. They are a scam. Do not buy from them.

They are scamming a lot of ppl I hope some one puts it to a stop wonder how you can report this website because looks like every one that orders from that website never receive they stuff or money back . Scammers scammers !!!!! Wish I would of read reviews before I ordered been over 2 months and I haven’t received anything !!

I ordered $100 in stickers on June 3rd and here it is July 5th and i still havent recived anything. Dont order stivkers from here

I bought stickers for my kids on April and still have not received them nor a response. Called Fedex and USPS and say the have not received nothing trying to contact seller and no response. Don’t buy from sticker doll

Had I seen the previous reviews here I would have noped out . Ordered a 50 pack of stickers for my daughter to play with. Been 4 weeks with the tracking number showing stickers still in transit in China. Can't get a hold of anyone. Avoid the "convenience" of ordering stickers from here and go elsewhere.

I placed an order on April 29 and was told that my item shipped the same day. It is now June 3, and my items have still not arrived, nor does FedEx have any tracking data on them. I was charged for the merchandise and when I tried to contact the company on two occasions, I received the same canned email response saying I should continue to wait. If I had known it could take over a month to receive the items, I never would have ordered from this company. Terrible customer service! Buyers beware!
UPDATE: My items are now finally listed on FedEx website. They are scheduled to be delivered on June 12 - a full six weeks after I placed the order and two days later than the date I needed them by, but at least I now have hope of receiving them.

I ordered from their website about a month ago. The order # 882984. It looked like they would ship from the US but then I received a email it was shipping from China with a tracking #. Today the tracking # still says they have not received the package to even ship yet. I tried to contact them several times with no response.
