Great service & really pleased with the product. Found the descriptions on the different finishes/cuts/styles very informative & the guide on design placement simple enough for a novice like me to understand. A well thought out process which really highlighted the years of printing experience that Stickerdot must have. Appreciated the option of a proof before printing too, it gave me confidence that I’d made no errors & when the stickers were very speedily delivered they proved to be perfect! Thank you.

Lovely fast service
Lovely fast service this time - stickers were super easy to order online, and were great quality. Order arrived in 10 days (Im based in NZ) which was way faster than my first order.

AVOID - Didn't honour their quote!!
Terrible breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and they don't seem to care.
I requested a quote for labels on a roll, they provided me this with pricing options and confirmation that it was for roll labels, which I accepted and paid for.
Then over 24 hours later they emailed me back saying they got their pricing wrong and could offer me what I ordered but for an additional $200+ more! Or, they could do it on flat sheets and give me higher quantities for the same price I paid.
I didn't want this, as I already had this and is why I needed them on a roll.
After pointing this out to them they still refused to honour their quote saying they would only then offer me a refund if I didn't want to accept one of their options. How poor is this!!!
Will be taking this further as can't see how a company claiming to be based on Rosedale Road in Albany with their production in Korea can get away with breaking the law.

Faultless product and service
Although I was surprised to find I was doing business with a Korean and not a Kiwi business, I cannot fault Stickerdot. Their site was easy to use, they were happy to go back and forth with me to make sure the finished product was what I wanted, the price was right, and the finished product actually exceeded expectations in terms of print quality and arrival time.
