Ordered a 2XL hoodie. The one delivered despite it showed 2XL was a size L….at best. The T-shirt, same.
Contacted the company.
They offered a 10% refund and keep the seriously undersized items. What for? To put them on my daughter’s doll?
Went back to them.
Second offer was 20% refund or send the items back to China. No need to mention: shipping cost is on me.
So ended up taking the 20% refund to avoid the astronomical shipping cost.
Steer well clear of this scam company.

Avoid! Very poor sizing, way too small even though it was a 4xl. I'm usually an XL but like hoodies oversized to layer up. Customer service initially offered a 50% discount on my next order, what is the point if the largest size is too small? I don't need another order. Then a second offer of a 10% refund and I get to keep the useless under sized garments, again not acceptable as they are not fit for purpose because the size is wrong. Next offer a refund but I must pay postage even though this term is not listed anywhere on the website. Avoid disappointment and find the same garments from a more reputable source and check trust pilot always.

As per their website there is both a 30 day try option and a clear no quibble returns process for a refund… except it’s not. No less that 9 emails requesting a refund as the quality was so low and they avoided before trying to force me to get it back to them when their policy states they will provide shipping labels.
Quality is typical cheap polyester. AVOID

Absolutely shocking delivery time 18 days wait with priority shipping which makes no difference to the time scale.
The material of the hoody is ridiculous and feels more like the halloween material then any hoody ive felt.
Looking on Google on reviews and my thoughts were right, hugely misleading marketing that doesn't come close to whats been advertised.
I have stated ive wanted a refund for days and still no sign of getting one.

Terrible service, will not reply with a return address

If I could I would rate this company in a - my hoodie arrived after 3 weeks. Size would not fit a 3 year old. E mailed for a refund and returns policy, was asked to sent photo which I did. Next e mail was as others a 50% off, declined this again asked for returns policy heard nothing back.
Please avoid its yet another scam !!!!

I am still waiting for my order that I have paid for. Not sure if it’s a con or not.

No communication. Customer service non existent.
Ordered 3 hoodies, received 2. Had to contact them several times before I got a response. Ask to see photos of items received. Then no response. Had to email several times again only to be offered 50% off next order. Emailed again to say not acceptable. Want missing item shipped or refunded to get an email back saying order completed.

Ordered the size which I normally do M (medium) the items arrived about 14 days later! The sizes are not uk sizes so I asked for a returns label to send them back, they told me I have to pay for the return postage but in their returns policy it’s says “we offer a 30 day money back guarantee and we will send you a returns label when they receive my items they will send a refund” they have been awful returning my emails and will not help resolve my issue. They have broke every rule. There are other great companies out there which are a lot cheaper so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

EDIT - Result! Fed up with their non-existent customer service I initiated a charge back with my bank. The money was returned to my account straight away, but I had to give them 6 weeks to challenge it. Of course they did this on the 42nd day, but two weeks later I was told that their challenge was rejected so I now have all my money back definitely.

To achieve this I provided the bank with pictorial evidence of the actual size of the hoodie compared to several size charts for what an XXL should be along with a link to these reviews. This seemed to do the trick.

Ordered a suicide prevention hoodie with an offer of free T-shirt in October. 19 business days later (not 5-7 as advertised I received a XXXL T-shirt and an XXXL Hoodie. Quality mediocre but the hoodie was at least 5 inches less in circumference than the T-shirt and is unwearable. I asked for a refund 5 times but got fobbed off with offers of

50% off next order,

then 50% off your next shipment, or a 20% refund while allowing you to keep the product

then a 30% refund, and you may keep the item

then a 50% refund, and you’re welcome to keep the item

I have now raised a charge back with my bank and made a formal complaint to Shopify who provided their merchant services.

The apparently fake reviews on their website where clicking on the on the View All button goes nowhere (which I only noticed after purchase) removes any doubt that these guys are lowlife scammers who are making money from people's charitable impulses.

As somebody whose family has been touched by suicide I cannot express my disgust strongly enough.

Do not buy from this company, my husband bought a hoodie from them. The sizing is not accurate. The customer service is absolutely lousy. The item comes from China and they said its €75 to return the item!!! Absolute con artists. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’ve been waiting for this hoodie for a month & have chased the company because the transit hadn’t moved.. i asked for a refund. They refused because it’s in transit. It advertises a lovely thick hoodie with oversized look. Well it’s just arrived. It’s the thinest tiny hoodie with horrible shiney stuck on letters. Clearly a Chinese import.

Don't waste your money. Please. I bought this after a friend very recently lost her daughter to suicide making it three friends affected to suicide in a year. I just wanted to try & make a difference to someone’s day by wearing a hoodie but this company have clearly been profiting on the back of these poor families. They are a disgrace!

I wish i had read the reviews on here before i bought the 2 hoodies, this company are con artists, quality is terrible and fit is very small when you try and return they offer 50% off next order or 20% back and keep the items or you can pay to return it. I already have a claim going with my bank to try and get my money back

Do not buy, they are fake goods benefiting from a worthwhile cause, quality is terrible and 4 sizes too small. They are advertising as for mental health causes but how when they are conning everyone with cheap knock off clothes, wish I had read the reviews first.

Bad company.
I went to return items as the quality is very poor and ill fitting. I followed the return instructions which was to email for a label and was told I could have a 50% off a future order. I asked for the address to return items which they didn’t respond.
I spent £29 and received £5.80 refund.
Website full of inaccuracies.
Notice how the name changes, StillHere and Still here Strong. Not based in the U.K.
I feel cheated.

Do not buy from this company the advertisement about mental health and it’s not it’s cheap and nasty nasty cheap products from China sizing is ridiculously small. Do not buy customer service is awful. If you want to return it you have to pay £75 fraudulent company 

Im writing this as i havent received anything yet I ordered on 3rd of Nov 25 like the other review I thought i was ordering from a different website. Im very disappointed that the hoodie and T shirt havent arrived yet and wonder if it ever will.

This company is absolutely appalling, I'm writing this review to help others who may be coinciding buying from them DON'T DO IT.
I had been looking at hoodies to support suicide prevention for a while and was finally ready to buy. I thought I was on the site of one of the large established companies that I had been following for a while, but I wasn't, the names etc were very similar. I ordered my t-shirt and hoody, they did take a while to be delivered, but I want in a rush. When they came they were the worst quality I have ever seen, the hoody didn't even have proper ribbed cuffs, it was an awful for too. So I went back on there website to create a return, was told to email for a label. I've done this 3 times now, and used the contact us form online- nothing, no reply at all. When I had a better look around their website I found the review banner across the top claiming 4.8 stars and 1172 happy customers does not even relate to this company
