Terrible company

Terrible company! I ordered a chromebook and after not seeing tracking info, i contacted FedEx. FedEx advised after 8 days, they advised stock4less had not dropped my item off for shipping. After not receiving my chromebook after 15 days, i ordered same chromebook for same price from Amazon and it was delivered 2 days later. After 22 days, i finally received the chromebook from Stoke4less. I never opened package and shipped it back to them for a refund. They refunded me, but said they were deducting a percentage from my original price, because the chromebook was not returned in its original package, which is a total lie! i made a complaint with Ebay explaining my process and within 10 minutes, ebay advised they were giving me a comlete refund. If you still decide to purchase from this company, you were warned!

Your order was shipped promptly, and the delay you experienced was caused by the severe winter storms that impacted all major carriers nationwide, including FedEx. Once a package is in transit, no shipper, us or any other retailer has control over weather related delays. FedEx publicly announced service disruptions during this period, and many customers across the country experienced the same issue.
A few important clarifications:
- FedEx did receive your package. The delay was due to weather conditions, not because we failed to drop it off.
- You received the Chromebook within the carrier’s adjusted delivery window once FedEx resumed normal operations.
- You chose to purchase another unit from Amazon during the weather delay, which is completely your choice, but it does not mean our shipment was mishandled.
- When the item was returned to us, it did not arrive in the same condition or packaging in which it was originally shipped. Per our clearly stated return policy, a restocking deduction applies in those cases.
- eBay’s decision to issue you a courtesy refund does not mean our policies were incorrect, it simply means eBay chose to absorb the cost on their end.
We always stand behind our service, and we process thousands of orders without issue. Weather delays are outside any seller’s control, and the claims made in this review do not reflect what actually occurred

Good service and fast refund

I've ordered from Stockforless three times. I was very pleased with the products and service both times, as I got them at a great discount and the quality was excellent. The last time I ordered, I wanted to return them. Since I paid in cash, there were issues with the return. The Stockforless team quickly and efficiently resolved the issue, even on the same day. Excellent service. They responded to every message very politely. Thank you to the Stockforless team. I will definitely be ordering again.

Patience and Integrity: My Stock4Less Experience

Full disclosure: This is my first time leaving a review on Trustpilot, and Stock4Less politely asked me to share my experience. However, my satisfaction with this company cannot be overstated — they truly went above and beyond, and I’m very happy to leave them a glowing review!

I was in the market for a refurbished computer mouse compatible with the Logitech Unifying Receiver, and Stock4Less had a smoking deal on eBay, so I jumped on it with both feet.

About a week later, I received my mouse, which was pristine as promised and seemed to work perfectly! However, after some use, I noticed that one of the buttons wasn't functioning quite right. I had already left a positive review on the product itself, but after contacting them through eBay, they promptly responded and asked how they could help.

They offered to send me a replacement refurbished mouse, noting that it "may not be the same model" but would still be compatible with my Unifying Receiver. Another week later, the replacement mouse arrived and worked perfectly! In fact, it was even better than the original: beautifully refurbished and a newer model. I was thrilled with the replacement!

Stock4Less was patient, took full responsibility for my dissatisfaction, and was prompt in helping me find a solution. I'm happy to have done business with Stock4Less and would definitely recommend them for refurbished computer accessories and related parts.

If I could give this great company 6 stars or more, I definitely would! They were prompt with all of their communication and honest with their products! I even had to quickly have a large refund (due to my laptop being returned from an authorized Apple repair store, thinking I was never going to see it again after three months). I got the laptop back from repair, and the sale for a replacement from Stock4less promptly cancelled my order same day and issued a refund same day! What other company does that, especially around the holidays! I normally don't have time to write reviews of companies in the first place, but I made time to type this in thanks to their professionalism and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost.
Unable to provide delivery on time, waited over a month and half to get the missing item and once delivered it was not even the right size.
This website and employees are a scam, joke, whatever you want to call it. Do not buy there.

Scammed me for $1400

I paid $1400 for a 24-Inch iMac thru stock4less.com and the merchant attempted to scam me by sending a small box with nothing but documents in it. The delivery picture provided by UPS shows a small documents package that couldn't even fit a keyboard, the merchant claims this box contained a 24-inch iMac computer. This package was returned to sender. Upon contacting stock4less, I talked to head of customer service Paul, who was very aggressive and unreasonable. Paul declined to issue a refund and forced me to dispute the transaction with Affirm. The response Stock4less sent to Affirm claimed that I "had the UPS driver photograph a small box" and insisted I was trying to deceive them with no evidence whatsoever 🤦‍♂️. Its been 3 months since I ordered from Stock4less.com, I haven't received the computer or a refund, now I have to escalate this with the California Attorney General to try and get my money back from this scam. Do not shop here.

I think it would be good to tell the honest truth rather than making false claims.

You bought a 24 inch iMac, it was shipped from our vendor and tracking shows delivered (UPS tracking: 1ZB797G54222003701)

3 weeks after item was delivered, customer apparently returns an empty box with only documents inside, and then claims he never got the item.

If you never got the item, why wait 3 weeks to send back the item. Why did you never contact us to start a UPS claim right there, when item was delivered?

You started a claim with affirm; we provided our document and they sided with us and you're unhappy with their decision.

All we know is that, you received what you paid for. If there was any issues, contact UPS, provide evidence and we're happy to assist.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HONEST AND RELIABLE COMPANY, LOOK NO FURTHER!

After taking my computer to other places, that took a week to try and resolve the issues I was trying to fix. I found Stock4less and thank god I did! They not only resolved the issue but they fixed it the same day. The entire staff was excellent, very professional and knowledgable. Not only did they fix it in one day, they let me take the computer home to confirm the software compatibility issues I was having was resolved before I was charged for the work. I highly recommend this company!

Good for Mac repairs and purchase

A few years ago my wife bought a new mac and gave me her old. She want more storage and couldn't run her new software on OS 10 and didn't trust the up grade process. I got it up to OS 11, on my own, but wanted a bigger SSD and OS 12. Stock4Less did it. When that computer died last week, I got a M1 and the recovered my data from the dead drive.

Ordered a Motorola phone through Walmart and they supplied the phone.

Ordered a Motorola phone through walmert.com and they were the supplier. First of all the phone that came was 3 years older then the one I ordered. It was locked and not unlocked like stated. Sent back and had to fight them and Walmart for 3 months to get a refund.
Lots of wasted time and energy! Stay away!!

As you mentioned order was placed through Walmart, so you can't blame a seller if you couldn't start a return request on Walmart and Walmart didn't give any options available to refund. We don't control Walmart

There was a miscommunication problem but thanks to Paul, head of Stock4less customer service, we ended up straightening the issue. The order is on the way and I’ll receive it on time. Paul is very responsive. Thanks for his assistance. A real customer care interaction.

You were clearly told that processing time is 1-4 business days and delivery is 4-6 per our website. Total is 10 days as mentioned on the site and you refuse to understand this when its not the 10 days. Your item was picked up by DHL and scheduled to be delivered within 2-3 business days.
Please read next time before placing an order.

Une attente de deux mois pour avoir ma commande avec tout le temps, les mêmes, mensonges j'ai passé commande est payé le 4 décembre 2024, pour une sonde pour GPS, je devais la recevoir le 18 décembre 2024 car ceci est un cadeau n'ayant pas de nouvelles, j'ai relancé l'entreprise qui m'a affirmé qu'il y avait une grève au Canada pour les expéditions. Le problème j'ai des amis à Québec qui n'ont jamais entendu parler de cette grève. Ensuite il a fallu les relancer et on m'a raconté que mon colis avait été perdu par la poste, mais La Poste n'a jamais eu ce colis en leur possession
Enfin, j'ai une date de livraison le 23 janvier 2025, j'ai perdu une journée de travail car Colissimo avait un imprévu. Je pense qu'après deux mois de retard, le colis aurait pu être envoyé par Chronopost.
je l'ai enfin reçu le 24 janvier 2025
D'autres part pour pallier à mon désagrément, la société m'avait proposé un rabais de 10 % sur le somme payer le 4 décembre 2024, mais ça encore s'est passé aux oubliettes. il n'y a jamais eu de suivi de Client, il a fallu en permanence les ai relancé inadmissible

If you claim there was no strike in Canada, do a simple search yourself on Google and you'll see there was a Post Office Strike that caused delays and issues to many businesses. No need to ask your friends, just do a search on Google for the news.

The customer bought an Apple Watch, received it and it got lost at the beach. I'm not sure how this could have been any of Stock4less fault if the person lost the watch in their own possession.

We told customer to use his icloud or check with his beach authorities in Netherlands to assist him.

Stock4less is not responsible for an item getting lost in a customers own possession. I cannot blame Apple to refund me money for an item I lost. It's clear and simple.
