Thank you for your review, although I am sorry for the delay you've experienced receiving your order. We have been informed by Royal Mail that Italian Customs has had a major IT issue, resulting in considerable delays processing International Mail. I can see through tracking your order is now progressing through the system, so hope you can bear with us while your order makes its way to you. I will message you directly to confirm the tracking number, but send my apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
If there's anything I can do to assist in the meantime please don't hesitate to contact me.
With kind regards
Una

Luxury quality
I'm very happy with my purchase. The products never disappoint! Excellent quality materials and comfortable on the skin.
The customer support service is super! As I belong to a European country, I was a little apprehensive about the order, but when it took a while to arrive, customer support followed up my order and was relentless in providing information on shipping and distribution, even in the country of destination.
