I found your website by googling magnetic frames and I had been contemplating buying a mighty hoop. On your website you were selling the sash hoops, after looking at the differences I realised that the sash hoop was what I needed to be able to do quilting on my Pr670e. I would like to add that if you had stocked the wide table for my machine I would have purchased that off you too. The delivery was extremely efficient. The price was on par with other stockists and I received the package 2 days after ordering. I would definitely recommend Stocks Sewing Machines and will start looking at supplies that they stock.

Ordered a selection of hoopmaster products.
After 10 days no firm delivery date, no contact from Stocks to advise delivery would be delayed.
Asked to cancel the order, instead of offering to send the 5 out of 6 products they had in stock they just cancelled the entire order. I have yet to receive a refund but im sure it will be processed.
Reading other negative reviews it seems that my experience is similar to other customers.
I would not recommend or look to buy from again.

Problem was with the carrier. Constantly alerting me to delivery time. Five times message appeared later telling me driver could not find Hagley Sports. We have deliveries every day.

Thank you Dan for all your help when I took my PR1050X Embroidery machine to your Office in Wales. We dropped it off on a Monday morning. I said that we were staying close by for a couple of nights as we had travelled 200 miles from Kent. I had a text the very next morning to say it was repaired. I am very grateful as I was expecting to have a return journey back to Wales. Dan was very helpful.

I recently had to call on STOCKS to get my ZSK SPRINT 6 Serviced plus remedy some issues with my trimming blades and T8 Controller issues.
Dan Beck the Technician arrived promptly and was extremely efficient in his work.
He answered and explained my many questions relating to the Machine and T8 Controller.
5* Top Man...(Despite bein a LEEDS UTD Fan...i'm Evertonian so its all a little MEH at the mo lol!)

Quick delivery and packed well. Great find on machine parts and replacements. Wish there’s more variety in embroidery stabilisers like heat dissolve ones. My first time to shop here and it will be repeated.

Firstly there was great communication for delivery time. We wanted to make a recording of delivery for social media, the guys were great sport during filming and communicated during the journey to let us know the exact time of arrival.
They listened, answered all our questions. They were happy to help in any way, we were excited for our new delivery and they made it an even better experience, couldn't have asked for any more. Such lovely guys with lots of experience to be able to answer all our questions. Thank you Nick and Dan from all our staff involved on the day! They were quick, efficient but not rushed.
