Very Disappointing
I used this product exactly as directed to seal my bathroom quartzite countertops. I applied three coats, but that did not prevent water and liquid soap from leaving stains. I cleaned the stone, removed all of the marks and applied another three coats. Unfortunately, that did not improve things at all. I called customer service to ask for advice - called three times over the course of a few weeks - and three times I had to leave a messsage. I never received a call back, so I sent an email again asking for advice as to how I could seal the stone more effectively (perhaps with another of their products), and again absolutely no response. I am very disappointed in the performance of the product and equally, or perhaps even more disappointed, in the complete lack of customer service. There are a lot of stone sealers out there and I will have to try another brand. I suggest you save yourself money, time and aggravation and begin with another brand.
